This building, designed by Kingo Tatsuno, a master craftsman known as the “father of modern Japanese architecture,” remains the pride of the city. The sunlight streaming in through the large windows makes it even more beautiful…It ‘s as gorgeous as a ballroom.This popular restaurant boasts chewy homemade noodles made from a mixture of flour and starch, and a secret soup made by slowly simmering beef bones for 24 hours. The soup has a good balance of sourness and spiciness, accented by the sweetness of the apples. Personally, I could afford the “special spicy”! Eating cold noodles in spring is also refreshing and nice. Opened in 2001 in Morioka Central Park. We mainly exhibit works by artists connected to Iwate Prefecture. A relaxing space overlooking the vast Central Park. It’s like a resting place for your soul, where you’ll want to visit again and again to see the scenery that changes with the seasons. What surprised me was the beauty of this architecture. An unrealistic sense of happiness surrounded by light amidst the beautiful curves of exposed concrete. A breathtaking sunset from the windows that cut through the building! I would like to be lost in thought while quietly looking at Mt. Iwate from here. The sight of local children playing was a beautiful and memorable sight. A popular restaurant in Morioka that has registered “Momodori” as a trademark. Please use the towel. thank you. “Momodori” is made with bone-in chicken from Iwate Prefecture, grilled to a crispy skin and juicy inside, and seasoned with secret spices, making it a satisfying dish. It is a flavor that is loved by locals as well. This was a small bowl of kelp mixed with something mustard-flavored. Day 2 The morning of the second day started with Jaja noodles. The chewy, flat noodles are coated with a secret miso paste made by stir-frying over a dozen ingredients and letting them sit. The final dish is “Chitantan (chicken egg soup)”. This is an exquisite soup made by stirring raw eggs, meat miso, green onions, and boiled water in a bowl after a meal. To be honest, the taste was average with the miso mix . It was completed in 1910 as the main building of the former Kuju Bank, and is also an important cultural property of the country. Takuboku Ishikawa and Kenji Miyazawa spent their youth in Morioka. A special exhibition related to school trips was currently being held. While following the journey of the two on their school trip, I tried to imagine their youth at the time. At the end of your trip, enjoy some unique local ramen. Yanagiya is particular about growing their own wheat, and their original kimchi natto ramen is gaining popularity as their signature menu. The first owner of the restaurant got the idea for this dish from “natto soup.” This addictive taste. It was a drink that can only be found in Morioka. 4月末、桜満開の盛岡を訪問しました！盛岡城跡公園で観た桜の海は今年一番の絶景でした🌸。個性的な文庫カフェでモーニングを楽しみ、レトロな明治モダン建築、予想外に素敵なデザインの美術館を目の当たりにして心がいっぱいに。そしてこの旅の隠れテーマ、盛岡グルメ。盛岡のごちそうをあれこれ大満喫しました。
