【温泉旅館宿泊記】源泉かけ流しと嬉野茶で愉しむ大人の休日|嬉野 八十八 ラグジュアリースイート滞在【佐賀】

This time, I came to Saga Prefecture with my mother. It was just the cherry blossom season, so we came to Niwagi Dam to see the cherry blossoms. We will stay one night in Ureshino Onsen. This is the inn. It seems to be new. About 5 minutes by car from Ureshino IC. There is also a shuttle from Ureshino Onsen Station. “Ureshino Yadoya” opened in October 2023. It seems to be a famous tea producing area, so tea is the main concept. The open-air baths with hot spring water in all rooms are also attractive. When the door opens, a space like this spreads out. It’s wonderful. I will explain it in detail later. If you look further inside, it is a space like this. I would like to enjoy Ureshino tea and the hot spring water. Even if you don’t know, I’m glad that there is a guide like this. I take off my shoes and walk through the building while enjoying the feel of the washi tatami mats and Beppu bamboo. I check in at one of the several semi-private lounges. The room I will be staying in this time is a villa, so I will go further in. This is my room. I was surprised at how spacious it was. After being shown around the room, a tablet appeared. Dinner was a prix fixe, so we chose the menu in advance. There were three options to choose from. My mother and I each chose while looking at pictures. It’s not often that you can choose your own dinner menu, so I’m glad we could. We started the room tour. Wooden card key. Excuse me. Everything is spacious and spacious. When you go further inside, you’ll see such a wonderful space. Villa, luxury suite, “Asamidori”. Of the 12 villas, there are four luxury suites. It is 100 square meters, and “Asamigori” is the name of the highest grade of Ureshino tea. The ceiling is high, overflowing with the warmth of wood, and unified with gentle tones. The gardens visible from the windows are all private spaces. It was decorated with various plants, and the cherry blossoms were in bloom, so the timing was good. Looking back, this is what the room looked like. It was spacious and luxurious. The tea-colored sofa is cute. The table is named after the inn, and has a map of the area within 88 km of the inn. The area around the bed is also sophisticated. Up to four people can stay. It has a natural Japanese modern atmosphere that makes everyone feel at ease. There is a desk nearby, and a large window in the bed area. In front of the sofa in the living room, there is a large smart TV. It seems that you can check the congestion status of the large bath at a glance. In addition, you can see the facility guide, check the equipment that can be rented, and enjoy NETFLIX and YouTube. You can also get various information on the tablet, and you can also call the front desk from here. External devices can be connected via HDMI. There is a BOSE sound bar. Facing the garden, there is a sofa with a nice design. At the feet is the inn’s original design “Nabeshima Dantsu” , which is a high-quality hand-woven carpet that was used as a woven fabric by the Nabeshima family of the Saga domain. Next to the TV was a minibar. There is a fine counter and plenty of storage. There is also a mini sink. Five types of tea are available. You can enjoy tea made using various methods in Ureshino using tea bags. There are also original design reusable bottles that you can take home. The water is natural water from Saga. In addition, sparkling wine is provided as a welcome drink. Glasses are lined up inside the glass door. The glasses also have the inn’s logo. It seems to be designed with 88 and tea leaves. When you open the drawer, you will see pure white tea utensils. It is a custom-made Hizen Yoshida ware product grown in Ureshino. It is beautiful. The color of the tea looks great. There are also beakers, hourglasses, and original tea leaves pots, so it looks like it will be fun to brew tea. There is a large refrigerator, and when you first open the freezer, you will find sweets from Ureshino’s farm. It is a nice treat. There are various things prepared in the refrigerator, which is exciting. You can eat everything freely. Japanese black tea plum wine from Ureshino, yuzu wine, sparkling plum wine, Hachimantai craft beer, etc. There is also a ceramic lunch box with the logo, and when you open it, you will find a set of snacks. It’s a nice touch. There is also a wine cellar. Australian red and white wine. You can also help yourself to this. There is a gift from the inn on the counter. It is filled with a small selection that goes well with both tea and alcohol. Ureshino donut sticks, nuts, small fish, jerky. There are also original bean snacks. I went back to the bed area. It seems to be Airweave bedding. It looks like I can sleep comfortably. There is cherry blossom art on the headboard. It is decorated with pottery patterns and is different for each room. In the center there is an outlet and USB A and C. The desk is full of the warmth of wood, including accessories. Storage boxes, memos, pens, and chargers are also provided. Next to the desk is a spacious WIC. One side is a mirror, and you can also feel the warmth of wood. There is also a space to sit and get ready. A cute tea-colored haori with a logo. The hangers also have the logo. There are many drawers and nightwear is provided. What is this? A sturdy bag and drawstring bag with a logo. This is what you can wear during your stay here as indoor wear. Stylish colors. Relaxed atmosphere. The top and bottom are separate and look comfortable. Socks, eye mask, and earplugs are also included. Each person is provided. Underneath is a pure white cotton pajama. This also looks comfortable as it is separate. It is organic cotton . It looks like a relaxing place to stay. Leave the room and head to the bath. Before that, the toilet is as shown here. It is spacious. There is also a fine washbasin. It is a comfortable toilet with a washlet and automatic opening and closing. It is very clean and comfortable. Return to the bathroom. It is amazing. It is hard to believe that it is a bath in the room. What is this? There is a sauna inside and it seems that you can enjoy tea aroma water loyly. A sauna hat with a logo. There is a Bluetooth speaker, which is also tea colored. The sink has a mature design. It is heavy and lovely. It is very convenient with a large mirror. There are two washbasins, which are large and seem easy to use. The original ceramic cups are very nice. There is a hole for a toothbrush. On the shelf are Bulk Homme skin care products for men. The hair dryer is from Dyson. This is skin care based on hot spring water. There are various things prepared in the drawers. Each person’s bath amenities. They are made of environmentally friendly materials and have a wide selection. Towels with logos. The robes are made of waffle fabric and are light and thin. Now it’s time to go to the hot springs. All rooms have hot spring baths that are 100% natural. It’s spacious! The design is such that it leads directly to the garden. The shower heads are from Refa. The shampoos are from Retocos, which was born on Karatsu Island in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture. The spring quality is “Toroyu”, which is good for beautiful skin and neuralgia, and the bathtub is so big that you could swim in it, and it is always full of hot spring water. They have two private hot springs and seem to have an abundant amount of water. It is luxurious to be able to enjoy this just for ourselves. This is what it looks like from the garden side. This is the cold bath. There is a sauna here. A private loyly sauna. This luxury suite is the only one that has a sauna in the room. It’s a luxurious sauna where you can lie down and warm up deeply. There are stones at the back, and I’d like to enjoy a loyly with the tea aroma water from earlier. If you open the window, it becomes a semi-open-air bath, which has a great sense of openness. You can continue to bathe in the open air after the sauna. There are chairs in the garden where you can stretch your legs, and your eyes are on the cherry blossoms. It’s a great view. It’s a great facility, so it’s a shame to only stay for one night. There are also tea-related items and local crafts. I would like to spend a relaxing time here with my mother. I would like to explore while being guided around the building. The large parking lot, the large tea-colored noren curtain, and the octagonal windows are impressive. The design of the tiles is modeled after the tea fields, Omura Bay, and the sun. The image of morning mist falling from above. The Nabeshima dantsu, which was also in the room. There was a large one at the entrance. This is also an original design with tea fields and Omura Bay. Next to the entrance, there is a space called “Yukemuchaya On.” There are three tea spots in the building where you can drink tea freely. In the center of the teahouse is the “drinking spring”. You can drink the hot spring water directly from the source. The “beautiful skin water” is said to be effective even if you drink it. It is said to be gentle on the stomach and intestines. Steamed castella cakes made with Ureshino roasted green tea and steamed in hot springs are served next to it. This is the large public bath. I visited the women’s bath. There are plenty of changing rooms, towels, and amenities. It is very nice that there is a semi-private sink. The skin care products are the same as those in the rooms, and the hair dryers are very compact, which is very nice. The washing area looks like this. All 36 guest rooms have hot spring baths, so it is spacious enough. The same shampoos as in the rooms are also provided here. The large public bath is made of round stones like this. Of course, this is also 100% natural hot spring water. You can immerse yourself in the thick water while feeling the outside wind and light. There is a building further back. When you open the door with “Cha-koro” written on it, you will see a window that looks like a sauna. It is a dry sauna at about 90℃. Tea leaves are heated and you can enjoy a nice aroma. Next to it is a door with “Cha-loyly” written on it. It is a loyly sauna at about 80℃. It is said that tea aroma water is automatically sprayed at regular times. In addition, Saga Prefecture’s local ice cream “Black Mont Blanc” was prepared in the large bath. The interior of the building is bright and gentle in color. Lined up are “Ozaki dolls”, unglazed dolls that are handed down in Kanzaki City, Saga Prefecture. There was a coffee corner where you can drink freely 24 hours a day. You can also take it back to your room. The shoji screen on the side was cute, so I approached it. A relaxing space with light shining in. Saga is one of the leading producers of ceramics in Japan. There is a terrace, and it has a very nice atmosphere. This water is said to be from the source. It is luxurious to have a hot spring water basin. In the beginning, you can drink here both in the morning and in the evening. “Restaurant Oritsumu” The benches that look like tea fields are cute. They use ingredients from within a 88km radius of here in the morning and evening. Going further in, there is a tea counter. Hizen Yoshida ware tea utensils are lined up. Ureshino tea leaves made using various methods. There are 14 private rooms and 16 semi-private rooms, so you can enjoy your meal at your leisure. The lighting and lattices are inherited from the long-established inn “Shinsenkaku” that used to be in this area. There is a special private room in the back, and only guests who stay in the luxury suite and choose the charcoal grill dinner can dine here. It ‘s great to see the chef cooking right in front of you . There is also a bar. A chic design for an adult space. It can be enjoyed from 8pm. Menu here. They seem to offer original cocktails using Ureshino tea. There are also spacious private rooms in the back. It is lit up at night, so I would definitely like to relax here. In addition, at the back of the bar, there is a lovely water basin terrace like this. Many plants change their appearance with each season, which is a joy to behold. I liked the very quiet location. The corridor leading to the villa offers a view of the hot spring water basin and terrace. Everything in the building is beautiful and spacious. There are many more facilities in the building. I came to the shop. You can purchase the same items as many of the carefully selected items in the building. You can purchase anything you like, from indoor wear to hangers. There is also original plum wine and sweets. There are also skin care products and shampoos. There are also sauna hats and towels. You can also purchase the original Hizen Yoshida ware items that were in the room. This inn has two exclusive tea masters, and their tea leaves are also sold. Original tea. Stylish packaging. A pan-fried tea that is typical of Ureshino. There is also yuzu green tea and GABA black tea. The black package shown earlier is tea leaves, and the white one here is tea bags. There are also tea aromas and beautiful selected Japanese tableware. This is the brand “NAKAGO” from Tanba Sasayama, Hyogo Prefecture. This is “224porcelain” from Arita, Saga Prefecture . There was a Nabeshima dantsu in the room and entrance. It was a shop with a wide selection of products. Next to it was a bookshelf. Books related to the 88 km radius welcome you. A heavenly maiden, who used to be displayed in the VIP room of Shinsenkaku, which used to be in this location, welcomes you. There are many books that you will want to pick up. You can take them back to your room and read them. How about spending some time reading and thinking about Western Kyushu ? Finally, this is the kids’ room . It is very elaborately designed and exciting. The hanging chairs are cute. It is great for families with children. Further back, there is a tea room for children. It is a wonderful space with a garden. I would like to try the tea ceremony here. In this wonderful space, you can enjoy tea brewed in front of you by a dedicated tea master. A dedicated tea master who is an active tea farmer. Kitano Tea Garden is the only tea farm in Ureshino that practices organic cultivation. You can hear about the history of Ureshino, how to brew tea, and how to taste it. The process of brewing tea by precisely calculating the amount and temperature of tea leaves is like science, and is very interesting. A specially made brewing machine allows you to enjoy the aroma to the fullest. I would like everyone to experience it for themselves, so I won’t go into details, but you can enjoy hot and cold Tama Ryokucha, as well as kettle-fried tea. This is perfect tea brewed by farmers who take tea seriously every day, with careful calculations. You can enjoy the true flavor and aroma of tea. The taste changes depending on the degree of extraction. You can also experience eating the tea leaves as they are, accompanied by original salted cookies kneaded with Tama Ryokucha and salted konpeito sugar from Hirado City, Nagasaki Prefecture. They also have some tea that is bottled with great care. It was a very good time to get familiar with tea. It was time for dinner, which I was looking forward to. I was guided to a private room. It was a spacious and calm space with a view of cherry blossoms from the window. A menu with my name on it. We have lemongrass green tea from Kitano Tea Garden. This is my own menu, created to reflect the menu we each chose earlier. Here is the drink menu. I want to drink local sake later, but I’ll start with beer. A very gorgeous menu has arrived. A line of bite-sized dishes that seem to be a collection of spring scenery. The colors that make you feel the fresh greenery and cherry blossoms are nice. Local ingredients from Western Kyushu are collected from the sea and mountains, and there are many spring ingredients. Next came the sashimi. Seafood and button shrimp, arranged like art, also appeared. We ate seafood from the sea near Kyushu with white ponzu and soy sauce. Each dish is also wonderful. Kyushu fish is really delicious. From here, the menu we each chose comes. This is Itoshima black pork shabu-shabu. We eat black pork with high-quality fat that has been dipped in broth with sesame sauce. This is wild vegetable and shrimp tempura. And white fish tempura. It’s fragrant and delicious. I’m happy that the shrimp is large. Tasting and comparing local sake. I liked “Toranoko” which is a little dry. Next, we had grilled tilefish and bamboo shoots with leaves. Apparently, tilefish from the Kyushu coast are delicious in spring. My mother chose seafood dressed in vinegar and miso. Red mategai, which is in season in spring, is not familiar to us, so it was interesting. The main dish was Iki beef. Grilled foie gras. It was also served with tempura abalone, which was luxurious. I chose shrimp and taro root and shark fin cooked in bonito stock and bound with local eggs. For the final dish, I had mixed rice with sakura shrimp and asparagus. I’m glad I could feel spring until the very end. I’m very satisfied. All the ingredients and flavors were good, and I could feel spring in Kyushu. The last dessert was served in a nice dish like this. A parfait with Ureshino cake. Thank you for the meal. After that, we spent a relaxing time in the large hot spring in our room. I went to sleep feeling satisfied with everything. Good night. Good morning. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I made the tea that was prepared in the room. Since I was there, I made it on time as I was taught yesterday. It smelled good and warmed both my body and mind. I soaked in the hot spring again and went out to the garden. I looked up at the clear sky and took a deep breath. The cherry blossoms were beautiful this morning. I got ready and went to breakfast. I ate in the same private room as dinner. I chose Japanese or Western food in advance. Let’s start with the Japanese food. First, rice cooked with local rice. The shiny rice looked delicious. There were many different side dishes lined up, and I was excited. In the morning, ingredients from within 88 km were used. It was delicious with a gentle seasoning. And then there was the hot tofu made with hot spring water, a specialty of Ureshino Onsen. It is said that when boiled in the spring waters of Ureshino Onsen, it has a melting texture. I ate fresh raw vegetables with homemade dressing. The seaweed and grated yam that were served with it were also carefully selected items. The grilled fish was trout pickled in ume and koji. The saltiness of the rolled egg was also good. It was an ideal breakfast where you could enjoy a little bit of each delicious thing. This is a Western menu. The illustration is very cute. Pate, ham, and cheese are lined up on a cute plate. Four types of bread are prepared in a basket. A colorful omelet. Onion soup. The dairy products are from a highly regarded local farm. There are many dishes, and they are all delicious. Finally, a jelly with lots of fruit. Thank you for the meal. Which do you prefer, Japanese food or Western food? After that, we went to the large public bath, enjoyed the hot springs and sauna, and it was time to leave. The facility was well-equipped, so time passed by in a flash. Finally, we bought a lot of tea souvenirs. I’m happy that I can enjoy Ureshino tea at home. What did you think? “Ureshino Yadoya”, a hot spring inn with tea and flowing water. The warmth of the water and the power of the tea seemed to relax my body and clear my mind. We checked out and left the inn. The staff had a cheerful atmosphere, which made me feel positive. My mother also praised it highly. She seems to be looking forward to drinking Ureshino tea at home. During our stay, we were able to experience the local crafts and ingredients and learn about their appeal. We now have more favorite inns. I’m going to explore the town of Ureshino from now on. Thank you for reading to the end. Where should we go next? That’s all from Lily.
