He kind of just had me watch and learn. He was old-fashioned like that. Sometimes I’d fall asleep standing next to him. How many sausages today? Twenty, please. Sausages… Twenty it is. Since we make everything out of our home… …we don’t have to pay rent. That’s how we manage. My grandchildren… …don’t seem interested in taking over the shop. So I plan to keep doing it as long as I can. As long as I’m healthy. I usually keep the shop open until around 7. But I close early if everything sells out. It’s better to stay active.
