【長崎Vlog】長崎グルメのオンパレード!! 1泊2日で長崎を大満喫♪~長崎グルメ×ランタン輝く異国情緒の街並~
Hello!
I’m here in Nagasaki for a 2-day, 1-night trip! Nagasaki is lively with the Lantern Festival! Exploring exotic sightseeing spots
Wow, look at this long line! Enjoying delicious local food and sightseeing! Took a limousine bus from the airport
and arrived at Chinatown! Heading to a super popular restaurant in Nagasaki! Yossou Hamanomachi Main Store. Wow, look at this long line! Looks delicious… Kakuni Manju
¥500 Fluffy bun and melt-in-your-mouth braised pork go perfectly together!
Enjoying delicious local food and sightseeing! Sweet and savory braised pork
Well-balanced and elegant flavor! Waited about an hour… Finally inside! This restaurant specializes in chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard)
I had to try it in Nagasaki! Chawanmushi & Steamed Sushi Set
¥1,540 Opening it up! Beautifully arranged steamed sushi! Time to try the long-awaited chawanmushi! Mmm, so good!
Heading to a super popular restaurant in Nagasaki! It’s super hot (lol)
The dashi broth is amazing! Unlike any other chawanmushi,
this one is packed with dashi broth! First time trying steamed sushi! Since it’s steamed,
the rice is soft and chewy! The flavors are slightly sweet,
giving it a nostalgic feel. Eating the sweet steamed sushi
and then the dashi-rich chawanmushi… A perfect combination! Chawanmushi loaded with ingredients
like fish cake, shrimp, and eel! I thought I could finish it quickly,
but it’s actually quite filling! Yossou, a long-established Nagasaki restaurant,
is definitely worth the wait! Thank you for the meal! Arrived at Megane Bridge! Megane Bridge Perfect round glasses! Oops, almost tripped! Found the heart-shaped stone! Taking the tram to our next spot! Admission fee
¥520 Dejima Gate I love looking at dioramas! Learn about Dejima’s history
from its creation in 1636 to its closure. Nagasaki Club Restaurant There’s a restaurant inside the facility,
so I stopped by for a break! Nagasaki Milkshake
¥700 Let’s dig in! Rich egg and milk flavor, so delicious! Love the icy texture! When you think of a milkshake,
you usually imagine a drink… But I honestly wish this Nagasaki-style milkshake
became the standard everywhere! (lol) A cherry to cleanse my palate! Thank you for the meal! Checking in at the hotel! Hotel JAL City Nagasaki A very clean room! Great location near Chinatown and Shianbashi! So happy to have a Nespresso machine! There’s also an electric kettle. The unit bath is clean and nice! Time to rest a bit before dinner! As expected, Nagasaki
has so many castella shops! “To go or not to go?”
Shianbashi area 「Tara Fuku Asa」
Arrived at the izakaya I reserved!Arrived at the izakaya I reserved! A popular izakaya with 9 locations in Nagasaki. Everything on the menu looks so good! A great selection of sake, too! Time for dinner! Sashimi Platter
¥2,800 They serve the best selections of the day! Let’s eat! So fresh! The fresh, plump fish pairs perfectly
with the sweet soy sauce! Ebi no Roll Hatoshi
¥700 Nagasaki’s local specialty, Hatoshi! “Ha” means shrimp,
and “toshi” means toast. I love this flavor! Basashi (Horse Sashimi)
¥1,600 Whenever I come to Kyushu,
I crave basashi! The more you chew, the more flavorful it gets!
The ginger and garlic add the perfect touch. Kakuni Cheese Pie
¥880 The main reason I came to Asa tonight
was for this dish! Braised pork wrapped in pastry—
I’m so curious about it! Too good!!! The crispy, buttery pastry
and the melt-in-your-mouth pork are a perfect match! I already want to order more (lol) Ichibo Steak
¥1,980 Winner for best presentation! Miyano Matsu Junmai Daiginjo
¥1,500 Tender meat with crispy garlic chips—
such a great punch of flavor! Alcohol content; 16%
Clean and crisp taste. Great food and great drinks!
This place is a gem. Sake gets me tipsy fast! (lol) Thank you for the meal! Time to explore Nagasaki at night
and walk off the drinks! During the Lantern Festival,
the city stays lively even at night. Megane Bridge looks so magical at night! I feel like eating chanpon… Back at Chinatown! So crowded! 「Saiko」 Stopped by a restaurant near the North Gate. Special Chanpon
¥1,200 Exactly how I imagined chanpon! The broth is flavorful but still light and smooth. The chewy noodles are amazing. Loaded with veggies, meat, and seafood— a super nutritious dish! The broth is full of umami.
So delicious! I ended up drinking beer with the broth. (lol) Special Sara Udon
¥1,300 Instead of crispy thin noodles,
I went for thick noodles this time! They grill the noodles for a crispy outside
and a chewy inside—best of both worlds! Just like the chanpon,
this is packed with chunky ingredients! The sauce is so good,
I kinda wish I had chosen crispy noodles. (lol) Thank you for the meal! Time to head back to the hotel
while enjoying some street food. Got sesame dumplings and peach buns! Perfectly round! Classic deliciousness! Another round one! Stuffed with sweet red bean paste,
steaming hot and delicious! It’s been a while since I had bubble tea! Such a big size! Minato Park is filled with huge lantern displays. Nagasaki Day 1—
completely satisfied! Good night! Good morning! Nagasaki Day 2 is cloudy,
and a little chilly. Heading to a famous castella shop! They’re so popular
that online orders are currently paused.
You have to line up in-store to buy one! 「Iwanaga Baijuken」 It’s not even open yet, but there’s already a line! Managed to get a number ticket! Sold out immediately after opening… But I got mine! 「ATTIC COFFEE MEGANEBASHI」
Mission accomplished!
Time for a coffee break. Hot latte
¥450 Such beautiful latte art! let me take a sip! Hot!! (lol) The espresso’s bitterness is perfectly balanced by the milk’s sweetness. A relaxing coffee break in the morning.
Thank you for the drink! Now, where should I go and what should I eat today? 「Shooken Sevilla Café」 While strolling around,
I found a nice-looking café, so I decided to stop by! A stylish place full of exotic vibes. Gosanyaki Castella Set ¥1,375
Momo Castella Set ¥1,540 Nagasaki’s traditional lucky sweet—
Momo Castella! Gosanyaki—
a premium castella made with extra egg yolks. So fluffy,
and the sugar crystals at the bottom add a nice touch! Is the peach decoration made of sugar?
It’s pretty sweet! Shooken, a long-established castella shop,
has this lovely café on the second floor. Enjoying delicious castella
paired with a perfect cup of coffee. Thank you for the meal! Taking the tram to the Yamate area. Arrived in the Yamate area! 「Iwasaki Honpo Glover Garden Shop」 This shop is said to be
the birthplace of Kakuni Manju! Got some time for a little photoshoot. Kakuni Manju ¥530 Compared to the one I had on Day 1,
this version has a sweeter flavor. Every shop has its own unique taste,
so doing a taste comparison is fun! Thank you for the meal! Are you feeling cold? Time to start exploring! Glover Garden is packed with tourists today! Avoiding the crowds and taking a backstreet route. From here, I can see the Western-style houses
and the Confucius Shrine in the Higashiyamate district. Minamiyamate Rest House—
one of the first foreign residences built in the late Edo period. I’d love to live in a house like this. I walked a lot, and now I’m hungry! Time to head back downtown for some food. Nicky Austin Yorozuya-machi Visiting a famous Turkish Rice spot,
known for having an insanely large menu! So many choices,
I can’t decide! After much debate, I finally chose one. Turkish Rice (No.303) ¥1,210 An adult’s version of a kids’ meal. Calorie overload! (lol) Starting with the salad,
just to feel a bit better about my life choices. Everything is homemade—
no pre-made ingredients here! The curry has quite a spicy kick! There are 196 different Turkish Rice options!
I wonder if anyone has tried them all? Their crispy croquettes won a Gold Medal
at the Croquette Grand Prix! Thank you for the meal! I have something I want to buy in Chinatown. 「Sosyuurin」 A traditional Chinese sweet
that’s considered a lucky charm. It’s almost time to head back to the airport. Gotta hurry and get in line! Got it! Now heading back to the airport. 「Log Kit Nagasaki Airport」 They have Sasebo Burgers at the airport too! Hamburger (S) ¥726
Coke ¥220 A burger and a bottled Coke—
what a vibe! Even the small size looks pretty big.
The patty is on the thinner side. Oh wow, this is delicious!
The patty is super juicy. Since they grill it fresh to order,
the bun is toasty and fragrant. It’s so good,
I regret not getting the regular size. Should’ve tried the fries too! Thank you for the meal! This trip was filled with so many delicious foods! Nagasaki during the Lantern Festival
was an amazing experience! It’s time to say goodbye to Nagasaki. Mafaalu ¥550 A special chocolate Mafaalu
only available during the Lantern Festival! It’s hard, but once it cracks,
it melts in your mouth. It has a rich aftertaste,
making it seriously addictive. Once you start eating, you can’t stop! Castella ¥2,160
Hakuraiyaki ¥160 (per piece) The egg flavor is really rich,
with a refined sweetness and a moist texture. Thanks for watching until the end! ❤️
