This is Sairenji Temple in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture,Japan. It is a temple located very close to the Atomic Bomb Dome. This is a Jizo statue that was bombed. The pedestal has smooth areas and rough areas due to the heat rays of the atomic bomb from directly above.

原爆被爆遺物の被爆地蔵尊があります。
被爆地蔵尊は、真上から原子爆弾の4000度もの熱線を浴びたと言われ、台座は滑らかな部分と原爆を受けザラザラとした部分があります。
