このシリーズでは、毎週1つの都道府県を取り上げ、その地域を走るJR列車の1日をシミュレーションします。日本列島を北から南へと旅する本企画、第11駅は埼玉県です。

埼玉県は、首都圏の一角として、新幹線や通勤路線が網の目のように走る交通の要所です。高崎線・武蔵野線・川越線などの主要路線に加え、八高線や上越新幹線、東北新幹線も県内を貫き、都市と郊外をつないでいます。

この動画では、埼玉県を通るJRの路線を最新のダイヤに基づいて再現し、1日の運行をシミュレーション。アプリと同じく、列車たちのリアルな動きを体感できます。

In this series, we simulate a full day of JR train operations in one Japanese prefecture each week, traveling from the north to the south of Japan. Episode 11 brings us to Saitama Prefecture.

As part of the Greater Tokyo area, Saitama is a major railway hub with a dense network of commuter and high-speed lines. The prefecture is crossed by the Joetsu Shinkansen, Tohoku Shinkansen, Takasaki Line, Musashino Line, and more—each connecting city centers, suburbs, and beyond.

This video recreates all JR-operated lines through Saitama based on the latest train schedules, using the same data engine behind the RailAround app to simulate a full day of real-time train operations.
