いつもチャーハンセットです〜
だいぶ前、福岡で豚骨以外のラーメンは、八仙閣とか鹿鳴春とか福寿飯店とかの大きめの中華料理屋さんでしか食べる機会がなかったので、中華料理屋さんのラーメンと呼んでいた。でも、くるまやラーメンとえぞっこラーメンもかなり前に街道沿いで見た記憶があるんだけどあんまり流行らなかったのね。
すごく美味しそうな炒飯だけど、お玉に入りきらない炒飯は、毎回捨ててるの?もしそうなら、お玉に入る分量だけ炒飯にすればいいと思う。食材を余すことなく使うべきでは?

確か前のお店が中華料理屋で一双の社長兄弟が小さい時から通ってたみたいで、その跡地にこのお店をオープンさせたと思います
