On this day, we had “chicken stir-fried with miso.” The aroma of miso and the crispness of the vegetables were exquisite.
The chicken was tender, accented with a touch of spiciness. The ingredients were pork fillet, bean sprouts, and green onions. The thin noodles were served in a light soup with a light aftertaste. ② Three-color rice bowl, 1,000 yen (tax included). “Delicious, satisfying, and great value.”
These three elements are what make it so appealing. Oyster stir-fried pork with shiitake mushrooms. The chili shrimp was spicy. 4-piece mapo tofu was on the spicy side. ③ Chanpon set, 1,100 yen (tax included) . Light soup． Ingredients: Pork, clams, wood ear mushrooms, ham, cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, and carrots . The noodles are slightly flat and plentiful. The spring rolls are crispy fried and filled with chopped vegetables in a Chinese sauce. ④ Saraudon and Gyoza Set, 1,100 yen (tax included). You can make your own gyoza sauce. The pork, clams, and other ingredients are scorched in an iron pot, and the thick sauce soaks into the thin noodles. The gyoza also have a nice garlic flavor． ⑤ Tianjin rice bowl with soup, 800 yen (tax included). A fluffy egg topped with a generous amount of sweet and sour sauce. The rice is generously sized, which is nice. The soup contains pork, seaweed, and green onions.
If you’re not sure what to have for lunch today, this is definitely one to consider.

今回は、長崎県西彼杵郡時津町にある中華料理店「太平軒」さんです。※字幕付き（設定より）ここでまず驚かされるのは、1,000円という価格で想像以上の満足感が得られる「日替定食」です。鶏肉の味噌炒めは、香ばしい味噌が野菜と絡み合い、ピリッとした刺激が後から追いかけてくるクセになる一皿。そしてセットのミニラーメンは、細麺にチャーシューやもやしがのり、あっさりスープで箸が止まらないほど。・・・これで本当に1,000円？と思わず声に出したくなるほど。

正直に言えば、日替定食だけで十分お腹いっぱいになります。それなのに天津丼やちゃんぽんセット、三色丼など、他のメニューも気になってしまうから困りもの。ボリューム、味、価格、この三拍子が揃ったお店は、そうそう出会えるものではありません。

何度も通いたくなる理由はシンプル。「美味しい、満足、コスパ抜群！」この言葉に尽きます。平日ランチ時にはすぐに席が埋まるのも納得。最後には「次はどの定食にしようか」と考えてしまう、そんな中華の楽しみがここにあります。時津でランチを探すなら、外せない一軒です。
