So we came to Hachino, a sake be brewery that started in mid 18th century. And this is our teacher, Mr. Kumay, who takes care of the sake made here. So maybe to your surprise, Nihonu known as sake is actually not the right translation. Sake only means alcohol in Japanese. So the right way to say is nihongu. Anyway, Nihonu is a traditional Japanese drink brewed from rice and water through fermentation. This beer crafts unique labo like hassen and by only using local rice, water and eat. 地酒として青森県産の米と酵母にこだわり、仕込み水は八戸・蟹沢地区の名水を使用。蔵内では見学や試飲体験ができるほか、歴史ある建物の趣ある雰囲気も楽しめます！
