    今回ご紹介するのは、夏限定の人気メニュー「冷やし柚子塩そば」。
    名物の“超極細麺”を氷水でキリッと締め、爽やかな柚子の香りが広がるつゆを合わせた一杯です。

    麺の上には3枚のチャーシュー、刻んだ大葉、ゆず皮をトッピング。
    見た目にも涼やかで、香りと彩りが夏らしさを引き立てます。

      【Chuka Soba Tsukiji Wakaba】
      Located in Tokyo’s Tsukiji, “Chuka Soba Tsukiji Wakaba” is a long-established shop.
      Founded in 1955, it celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2025 and has long been loved by both locals and tourists.

      Today we feature the summer-only popular menu item, “Cold Yuzu Shio Soba.”
      The shop’s specialty, ultra-thin noodles, are tightly chilled in ice water and paired with a broth that carries the refreshing aroma of yuzu.

      On top of the noodles are three slices of chashu, shredded shiso leaves, and yuzu peel.
      The presentation looks cool and refreshing, with fragrance and colors that highlight the feeling of summer.
      With each bite, the gentle aroma of yuzu, moderate acidity and saltiness, and the refreshing notes of shiso spread in your mouth.

      In Japan, after boiling, noodles are washed again using new water. In Indonesia, the noodles are cooked using the broth from the water that was boiled😅😅
