Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress also visited I wonder if they admired this same view 😊 Beautiful architecture and a rich collection of books A wonderful library I’d love to visit again The library also has
a popular café attached HUM&GO# A calm interior filled with the warmth of wood They also sell seasonings from Ishikawa Prefecture Happy to find decaf coffee and herbal teas too A menu so photogenic, it makes your heart flutter ✨ Taking a break by the window seat Red shiso soda and homemade pudding Refreshing sourness of red shiso spreads out Actually, this pudding is my second time Firm texture with a satisfying bite Rich flavor, almost like crème brûlée I’m so glad I could enjoy it once again 😊 It was sunny just a moment ago,
but the sky is turning suspicious Crossing this bridge leads to Higashi Chaya District The swaying willow trees bring a cool, soothing breeze The main street of Higashi Chaya District Traditional teahouses with beautiful lattice doors You can still feel the atmosphere of the Edo period Taking a break at “Waguri Hakuro” An elegant, quiet interior that preserves
the charm of a traditional townhouse At the table, a small vase with seasonal greenery
is placed casually Freshly made Japanese chestnut sweets,
prepared right in front of me 🌰 I ordered “Konjou,” which I’d been curious about The freshly piped Mont Blanc is
soft and gently melts in your mouth According to the staff,
it comes with blueberry and chestnut ice cream,
plus white wine and roasted tea jelly And even a blueberry compote on top ✨ No wonder the flavor has such depth Refreshing brightness and depth unfold together,
filling even the heart The tartness of blueberry
and the sweetness of Mont Blanc in harmony A wonderful parfait encounter,
one to remember from this trip 💕 A truly blissful moment ✨ Rainy Higashi Chaya District Amidst the lively charm,
a serene and calm atmosphere drifts The famous kintsuba shop, “Nakataya” I love Nakataya’s kintsuba,
even as a fan of koshi-an (smooth red bean paste) “Miyage-dokoro Senju” A wide selection of Kutani ware mugs and teacups 😊 The colors of yamabuki, jade, and lapis lazuli
make my heart leap with joy ✨ With subdued designs,
they bring a sense of beauty that fits daily life A jade-green plate with blooming plum blossoms 💕 It feels so auspicious! I chose some as gifts for myself, a friend,
and for the relatives who hosted me I’m happy to add another lovely plate
to my travel memories The trip’s finale:
“Morimori Sushi,” which I gave up on yesterday due to long lines At the Kanazawa Forus 6th floor station-front branch,
waited 1 hour and 20 minutes… Finally seated at last! Fish delivered fresh from the Hokuriku coast —
the sushi is incredibly fresh Starting with the “Hokuriku 5-piece Set,”
from nodoguro Truly the taste of Hokuriku —
fatty and melts in your mouth, so delicious The set includes nodoguro, white shrimp,
gasu shrimp, firefly squid, and whelk You can enjoy Hokuriku’s seafood all at once Along with Hokuriku delicacies,
I treated myself to fatty tuna as well Wow, it melts in my mouth!
Truly a luxurious treat ✨ Here is the “Japan Sea 3-piece Set” The snow crab had plump meat
