2025年9月27日、茨城県石岡市と桜川市を結ぶ「上曽（うわそ）トンネル」（全長3,538メートル）がついに開通しました！
この動画では、開通前の上曽峠走行、トンネル内の初走行の様子をお届けします。

上曽峠の交通の難所を解消し、県南西地域のアクセス向上を目指して整備されたこのトンネルは、地域の物流や観光、災害時の代替路としても大きな役割を果たします。
