They can design and make any model in any colour they want. Wow!!!!!! I feel Japan was the only country who concentrated more than any country for the development of its railway, research, design, quality etc. during the 70s, 80s, late 90s. Now China is coming close. France was another country followed by I think Spain and Italy. The country who intentionally neglected research and development of railways are shockingly, USA and England even though they invented the locomotive/train.
