recommendations! Of course, I’ve skipped the disappointing ones (lol). No.1 Ipponmatsu Ever since a soba-loving friend introduced me, I’ve been a loyal regular (lol). The combo of stamina soba
and yomogi (mugwort noodles)
is unbeatable! No.2 Tada Soba This is the kind of soba that makes you think,
“This will definitely go viral!” They pour the soup right in front of you —
a big hit after a long time! No.3 Soba Senmon Tedako A long-established soba shop
in Urasoe! My personal favorite is
the chilled yomogi soba. Don’t underestimate it
— you’ll get hooked!! No.4 Takaesu Soba Probably the busiest soba shop
in Urasoe (lol). A legendary shop with
a huge fan base. I go there at least once a month! No.5 Ishigufu
(Urasoe Daikoen Branch) The ultimate unique-
style soba! It’s famous, but the flavor
is consistently great. Plus, the view from
the shop is amazing! Go check them out! Don’t forget to save
