書上記載得一個小孩，要做三千善事，向神求生子之願。(善事-不好的事=三千善事=得一子。重點：會說話為人著想，會寬容原諒別人，會同情別人，會捨己為人(會捐錢幫助別人），不生氣，珍愛自己，吃適當飲食和生活習慣，戒掉熬夜，戒多話耗氣，戒潔癖。讚美別人做善事，就有特別大度量愛心，就得到一件善事）
人心好，因為對人嚴格要求完美，給人難受，所以福報變少。
人若被辱罵，想還嘴或報復，只會污染自己的心，傷害自己福報少一半，又隨著災禍（賠錢）。
說謊會失掉財運。被人毀謗能忍耐，所以有德，會得到別人同情尊重。撿到貴重的，還給失主會得到以前失去的。
幫助很多老人，會得到很多貴人來幫助，來世也會得到貴人的幫助。
健康的根本在於控制和節制自己的慾望。長期怨恨、憂傷、害怕、不樂觀、委屈、煩惱、擔心，會降低身體免疫力，不利健康。天天勞心，精神則不足。

記住那些幫助你的人，自己有能力就幫助別人。（幫助別人會心情變好，幫助別人的時間會忘掉自己遇到悲傷的事。不要開玩笑，開玩笑會遇到賠錢和損失。救人要有救人愛心，常常起心動念都是為別人著想，還要有勇於負責的果敢的精神，無懼困難，主動關心他人，提供幫助與支援，讓他們在艱難時刻感受到力量，才能達到救人的目的。）

仁愛的人能獲得長壽。驕傲容易帶來損失和失敗，而謙虛則會獲得好人緣和成功。

急躁會時機沒有抓好，猶豫會失去時機，會先聽別人說話就不會固執，沒有輕率也沒有輕慢就會容易成功。
