The shortest underground route from Yaesu to Ginza : Tokyo Station’s underground shopping mall is enormous. Otemachi, Yaesu, Marunouchi, Yurakucho, and Ginza are all connected, creating a maze-like experience. It also directly connects to the basement floors of large commercial facilities. Enjoy shopping and dining here. There are many hidden gems that are relatively quiet, making it a fun experience. Enjoy strolling through the underground shopping mall while avoiding the elements. Today, I’ll show you the shortest route from Yaesu to the Ginza 4-chome intersection. Here’s a map of the Tokyo Station area. Today’s route is here. Let’s begin. This is the central passage of JR Tokyo Station. While the Yaesu Central Exit is directly accessible, the Yaesu Underground Central Exit is recommended for accessing the underground shopping mall. From here, descend underground. Your current location is the Yaesu Underground Central Exit. Use the timer in the upper right corner to measure your time to Ginza. This is Tokyo Station Ichibangai. The underground passage we are about to enter is not shown on this map. We enter here. This is the basement of the “Gran Tokyo South Tower.” This is the basement of the “Pacific Century Place Marunouchi.” You might think this is Yaesu, but the address is actually Marunouchi. This is the ticket gate at Tokyo Station on the JR Keiyo Line. We enter the “Tokyo International Forum.” It’s quiet today because there are no events. This is Yurakucho Station on the Yurakucho Line. We enter the “Tokyo Transportation Center.” There used to be a revolving observation restaurant here. There are also antenna shops from various regions. This is the “Yurakucho Station Underground Plaza.” JR Yurakucho Station is just ahead. We enter the basement of “Yurakucho ITOCIA.” This is a commercial building with a movie theater, Marui, and more. Turn left here. This is Ginza Station on the Marunouchi Line. This is the ticket gate at Ginza Station on the Marunouchi and Hibiya lines. This is the ticket gate at Ginza Station on the Ginza and Hibiya lines. This is the Ginza 4-chome intersection.
