大阪の豊中市に銭形といううどん屋がある。知ってる人は知ってる店だが、店主が高齢で味にばらつきがある。しかし、うどん自体は絶品。ふつうは、うどんにせよ、ラーメンにせよ、みんなスープや具を重視する。だが、ここは違う。うどん自体がおいしい。のど越しとかじゃなく、麺の味がおいしい。こんな店は全国でここだけ。ぜひ、流行らせて、後継者を作って欲しい。店員の息子さんかも知れないが、うどん打ちは出来ないみたいなので・・
