[Music] [Applause] This time, I went on a two-day, one-night trip to Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The first place I went to was Amanatto Kawamura in Nishi Chaya District . The interior is as beautiful and stylish as a jewelry shop, and at the shop behind it, you can get their original monaka wafers, which have a shelf life of just six minutes. Next, I went to Omicho Market, which I definitely want to visit . There, I tried doteyaki, Kanazawa’s famous croquettes, and a senbero set . Next, I went to Sushiji, where I made a reservation in advance. The interior is clean and tidy, and they serve delicious sake and sushi. 味気ないですね。 English : The king of white meat is the 𩺊 (head crab). Other dishes include bigfin reef squid, fatty yellowtail, the most delicious sweet shrimp, Kanazawa’s signature clams , fatty tuna that is simply delicious, and crispy grilled eel, all of which are incredibly delicious. Next, we headed to Hakuichi, just before Kenrokuen Garden, where we had the original gold leaf soft serve ice cream, and the gold leaf underneath blew away in the wind (lol). We also purchased some high-quality chocolate as a souvenir at Ame no Uta , a shop just a few steps away. The inn we will be staying at this time is the Kanazawa Sainoniwa Hotel, which won the 2024 Kinki/Hokuriku Jalan of the Year Award for the second year in a row.
