After many years of training at a long-established soba shop in Kamata and running his own restaurant in Matsudo for nearly a decade, a lively 74-year-old owner has opened “Yukichi Soba”, about 8 minutes from Matsudo Station.

The signature dish is Yukichi Ramen, inspired by the staff meal — chewy thick noodles coated in a sharp, specially crafted soy-sauce broth. We also highly recommend our extra-thick soba that highlights the flavor of the ingredients, as well as our curry.

Not only delicious, the hearty portions are part of the charm.
