目前，京都府立植物園（位於京都市左京區）內各種櫻花正值盛開。園內種植200多個品種、約500棵櫻花樹。
교토시 사쿄구의 교토부립식물원에서 각종 사쿠라가 만개의 피크를 맞이하고 있다. 교토 부립 식물원의 원내에는 200종류 이상 약 500그루의 벚꽃이 심어져 있다.
