Back at Saga Hirakawaya Ureshino after quite a long time.

今回は名物の

🍲 嬉野温泉湯豆腐定食

を頂きました。

This time I enjoyed their signature Ureshino Onsen Yudofu Set.

創業1950年の老舗豆腐店が手掛ける、嬉野名物の温泉湯豆腐。

Ureshino’s famous hot spring tofu, created by a long-established tofu maker founded in 1950.

鍋で煮込むと豆腐がとろけるようになり、スープは豆乳のように白く濁ります。

As it simmers, the tofu becomes silky smooth and the broth turns rich and milky.

まずは温泉湯豆腐を味わい、その後は野菜、最後は雑炊まで楽しめるのも魅力です。✨

One meal, three delicious ways to enjoy it.

嬉野に来たら、やっぱり食べたくなる名物グルメでした。
