今回歌唱させていただいたのは、演歌界の至宝・石川さゆりさんが1977年に発表された名曲**『能登半島』**（作詞：阿久悠／作曲：三木たかし）です。
旅愁と切ない恋心が美しい能登の情景とともに描かれる、昭和を代表する不朽の名作。石川さゆりさんといえば『津軽海峡・冬景色』や次回ご紹介予定の『風の盆恋歌』など、旅情を誘う数々の名曲がありますが、この『能登半島』の凛とした情緒と情熱もまた格別です。

石川県は、加賀百万石の城下町として発展した歴史と文化を誇る「加賀地方」と、豊かな自然と人情、伝統工芸が息づく「能登地方」に大きく分かれます。
「能登は優しや土までも」という言葉があるように、能登には昔から温かく穏やかな文化風土が育まれてきました。輪島塗で知られる輪島や、和倉温泉・七尾温泉といった名湯、ランプの宿に代表される幻想的な風情など、数多くの素晴らしい魅力に溢れています。
能登地方の皆様へ心よりのお見舞いを申し上げますとともに、美しい能登の景色と伝統がこれからも未来へと受け継がれていくよう、深い敬意と復興への願いを込めて歌わせていただきました。

In the 53rd installment of our “Local Song Japan Tour” series, where we explore the beauty of Japan through music, we are visiting Ishikawa Prefecture! Continuing from our previous stop in Fukui Prefecture, we delve deeper into the rich atmosphere of the Hokuriku region.

In this live session, I performed the classic masterpiece “Noto Hanto” originally released in 1977 by the legendary演歌 (Enka) singer Sayuri Ishikawa (Lyrics by Yu Aku / Music by Takashi Miki). This timeless song beautifully captures the delicate melancholy of love set against the majestic landscapes of the Noto Peninsula.
♨️ The Charm of Ishikawa & Heartfelt Wishes for Noto
Ishikawa Prefecture is broadly divided into two main areas: the Kaga region, known for its rich feudal history and Kanazawa’s traditional culture, and the Noto region, famous for its breathtaking coastlines, hot springs (such as Wakura Onsen and Nanao Onsen), and traditional handicrafts like Wajima lacquerware.
There is a famous local saying: “Even the soil of Noto is gentle,” reflecting the warm hospitality and peaceful soul of the region. Sending our sincere respect, love, and prayers for the continued recovery and bright future of the Noto Peninsula, I poured my heart into this performance.
