この商店街は、世界遺産・姫路城へ続く「おみぞ筋」の玄関口でもあり、観光客だけでなく地域の人々の日常も感じられる場所です。昔ながらのお店と新しいお店が共存し、歩くだけでも姫路らしい雰囲気を楽しめます。

In this video, I take a walk through Pastel Omizo Shopping Street in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture.
Located just a few minutes from JR Himeji Station, this covered shopping arcade is filled with local restaurants, small independent shops, and everyday life.
It also serves as the gateway to Omizo Shopping Street, a historic arcade leading towards Himeji Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s a great place to experience the local atmosphere beyond the city’s famous castle.
