2024 佐賀インターナショナルバルーンフェスタ 第一日。午後の部では、河川敷に設けられたローンチエリア（競技エリア）から、フェスタ部門のバルーンによるフリーフライトが行われました。その様子を、嘉瀬川会場の反対側から撮影した物です。午後も開始直後は風が強く、バルーンを立ち上げる事も困難な状況のようでした。しかしながら、翌日からの悪天候の予報が出されており、飛行のキャンセルとなる可能性がかなり有ったため、スタッフさんや関係者の方々の「皆さんに飛行する姿を見て貰いたい」と言う熱意を感じました。
The first day of the 2024 Saga International Balloon Fiesta. In the afternoon, a free flight of balloons from the festival division was held from the launch area (competition area) set up on the riverbed. This photo was taken from the opposite side of the Kasegawa venue. The wind was strong just after the start of the afternoon, and it seemed difficult to launch the balloons. However, bad weather was forecast for the following day, and there was a high possibility that the flight would be canceled, so I felt the enthusiasm of the staff and people involved, who wanted everyone to see the balloons fly.
2024 年佐賀國際熱氣球嘉年華第一天。下午，在河床上設置的發射區（比賽區）舉行了Festa氣球自由飛行。這張照片是從加瀨川會場的對面拍攝的。下午，活動剛開始，風就很大，氣球的發射遇到困難了。然而，預計第二天天氣不好，航班取消的可能性很大，所以工作人員和其他相關人員都熱情地表示：「我們希望每個人都能看到我們飛翔。」感覺到了。
