Hard working people. Noodles look simple, but good. I haven't been to Kojima in years, but this place looks to be pretty easy to get to by train. I'll try to visit but no way at 6 AM. I'll skip breakfast and head over for lunch instead.
The number of successors to the farming industry is decreasing these days, but the people at Matsuke Seimen [I can feel the family ties] are surely carrying on the family business, which is conveyed casually in the video. Also, the atmosphere of the customers is good! I felt the dawn of Matsuke Seimen.
