喰い丸小学校は、1937年（昭和12年）に建築され、1980年（昭和55年）に廃校となりました。
一時は解体される予定でしたが、クラウドファンディング等を活用して改修を行い、多くの人が集まる施設に生まれ変わりました。
2013年に公開の映画「ハーメルン」の舞台ともなりました。
昭和の学び舎を感じられる昔懐かしい校舎です。
Kuimaru Elementary School was built in 1937 and closed in 1980.
At one time it was scheduled to be demolished, but with the help of crowdfunding and other means, it was renovated and transformed into a facility that attracts many people.
It was also the setting for the movie “Hamelin” released in 2013.
It is an old-fashioned school building with a Showa-era learning atmosphere.
