東京駅八重洲口のそばにそびえ立つ八重洲ミッドタウン。
今日はこのビルの上層階にあるブルガリホテル東京にランチしに来ました。

こちらのホテルのレストランと言えばミシュラン三つ星シェフのニコ・ロミトさんが監修しているレストランが有名です。

今回は最上階の45階にあるブルガリバーへお伺いします🤗

バーでランチ🤔？と疑問かもしれませんが、こちらのバーでは日曜日のみサンデーブランチビュッフェを開催しているのです。
お値段驚愕の一人24,000円とかなり高額ですが、はたしてどんな美味しいものを頂けるのでしょうか？さっそくドキドキ入店です。

ここのバーは以前にも何回か訪れていますが、店内は最上階にあり窓一枚で分けられた屋上スペースと一体化したようなオープンで開放的なレストランです⭐🌝🌛

サンデーブランチは前菜とデザートがビュッフェ形式、メインはテーブルオーダー、それ以外に卵料理、パスタとリゾットがテーブルでサーブされます。
本日は乾杯ワンドリンク付きということ、シャンパンを頂きました🍾🥂
ルイ・ロデレールです。さすがブルガリホテル。

ビュッフェ台に並ぶメニューの数々、見ただけでエレガントで上質感があります😆
それもそのはず、実はこれらはすべてニコ・ロミトさんがイタリアの伝統的なランチメニューを再アレンジしたメニューなのです！😱
なんとミシュラン3つ星シェフのビュッフェって凄くないですか？！ビックリするくらい一品一品が美しいんです✨✨✨

お味ももちろん美味しすぎて、食べすぎには本当に注意です。
しっかり計算しながら頂かないと、デザートまでお腹が持ちません😵
だってデザートもメチャクチャ可愛くて、美しくて　もちろん美味しい！
チーズケーキは本当にヤバいレベルでした。過去一！

なんとこちらに並ぶ料理やスイーツは、必ずその日の早朝から作られるものだけで構成されていて、前日から作り置きなどは一切しないのだそうです。ですから口に入れた瞬間に新鮮さが伝わってくるんです。

素材のこだわりも相当なものらしくて、仕入れは相当厳しい基準があるそうです。
確かにフルーツなどは口に入れた瞬間にジュースが口から溢れそうになるほど甘く完熟され瑞々しいものばかりでした🍈🥝🍑

しかも素材や調味料なども添加物を使用していない身体によいものしか使っていないそうで、卵などはすべて指定の平飼い卵のみだそうです。

正直、なかなかビュッフェでここまでこだわりのあるレストランはないのではないでしょうか。
確かにお値段はお高めですが、ミシュランのお料理が食べ放題だと思えばむしろ安いです。
ちょっと他の外食回数を減らしてでも、また行きたくなると思えるレストランでした。
完璧すぎます！これぞお姉さんの理想のビュッフェ。幸福度MAXです😍🥰😘
