  2. 会社が横浜でよく行くけど、地元鎌倉の蕎麦屋の海老天が似ていたので聞いたら、
    角平の先代の元で修行したと聞いて何か縁を感じました。^O^b おいしいよね。

  3. うどんを踏む時に、うどんー布ー靴下ー足になっているようですが、他のお店では布と靴下の間にビニールを入れている場合があります。
    そうしないと、足の汗等がうどんに移りませんか?
