This time, we’re visiting “Mosukedon,” a local chicken restaurant located in Oehara 5-chome. Business hours are from 11:00 to 16:00, and the restaurant is closed on Thursdays.
The parking lot is spacious – the high ceiling makes you feel like you’ve wandered into an old warehouse.
You can check out the weekday-only lunch menu. ① Today’s lunch, only available on weekday lunches, 770 yen (tax included) Chicken Tempura Bowl: You won’t believe it’s only 770 yen!
The chicken tempura is large and juicy , and it comes with a small bowl full of chunks of eggplant and shiitake mushrooms． The sauce soaks into the rice, making it hard to stop eating! ② The legendary Oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl), regular size, 1,030 yen (tax included). The melt-in-your-mouth egg, plump chicken, and crunchy texture make for a delightful soupy broth. The miso soup, which is light and easy to eat like ojiya (rice porridge) , is also packed with ingredients and has a depth of broth. ③ Fried Chicken Set Meal, large size, 1,171 yen (tax included). You can get a larger portion for free, which is a godsend . Enjoy two flavors of mixed fried chicken: salt and soy sauce.
Both are excellent. The batter is thin and crispy, and the meat is plump and juicy. ④ Hamidashi Donburi (overflowing rice bowl), 919 yen (tax included). As the name suggests, this bowl features a generous jumbo minced meat cutlet! The rice is served in a deep bowl, with plenty of rice and cabbage underneath for a textured accent. ⑤ Domestic Pork Cutlet Bowl, 1,103 yen (tax included). The thick yet soft batter, soaked in broth, is exquisite. The fluffy egg and rich soup are the true essence of “chewy” taste, quantity, and atmosphere…

今回は、長崎県長崎市小江原５丁目にある地どり屋「茂助どん」さんです。※字幕付き（設定より）
倉庫風の店内で味わう、熱々トロトロの「親子丼」。
ふわふわ卵とプリプリ鶏肉、コリコリ食感が混ざり合い、まるで和風リゾットのような“汁だくおじや風”。
実は、平日昼限定、本日のお昼ごはんはすぐに売り切れるほどの人気ぶり。
しかも唐揚げ定食は、大盛り無料で「塩」と「醤油」2種が楽しめるという太っ腹さ。
見た目のシンプルさからは想像できないほど、味に深みがある・・・。
ミンチカツが器からはみ出す「はみ出し丼」や、出汁の染みたカツ丼など、何度訪れても飽きない理由がここに。
