大雨が降る中、京都の嵐山にて『嵐山灯籠流し』が行われました。
沢山の外国人観光客も渡月橋から灯籠流しを観覧していました。
渡月橋からも西の山で五山の送り火が見えていました。

Despite heavy rain, the Arashiyama Lantern Floating Festival was held in Arashiyama, Kyoto.
Many foreign tourists also watched the lantern floating from Togetsukyo Bridge.
From Togetsukyo Bridge, the Gozan no Okuribi fires could also be seen on the western mountain.
