【新造船】釜山→大阪 ビュッフェ2食付き2万5000円 18時間フェリー旅【パンスターミラクル】

The newly built ship “Punstar Miracle” has commenced service. I tried a ferry trip with two meals included for $165. Let’s set sail from Busan to Osaka. Hello! I’m at Busan Station in South Korea. I’m about to take a ferry trip from Busan to Osaka. First, let’s head to Busan Port. It’s a 7-minute walk from Busan Station to Busan Port. This pedestrian walkway is very convenient. The ship departs at 4:00 p.m. Arriving in Osaka at 9:00 a.m. Large-scale redevelopment is underway around Busan Port. The ship we board is the “Panstar Miracle.” We have arrived at Busan Port International Passenger Terminal. This is one of the world’s largest international ferry terminals. There are routes from Busan to Osaka, Fukuoka, Shimonoseki, and Tsushima. The main entrance is on the 2nd floor. Enter through Gate 4. The 2nd floor is the Arrivals Lobby. Take the escalator to the 3rd-floor departure lobby. The ferry companies’ counters are open. Check-in for the ferry to Osaka is from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Since we have time, let’s have lunch inside the terminal. There are restaurants on the 2nd and 3rd floors. This time, I’ll try the restaurant on the 3rd floor. The restaurant is spacious with a great view. Clam Soup Set Meal $8. This is a salty soup with lots of clams. There is an observation deck on the third floor. That’s the high-speed ferry bound for Tsushima. It takes 70 minutes to Tsushima, and the fare is $65. The ship on the left is the “Seonghee” bound for Shimonoseki. The Panstar Miracle is 171 meters long and entered service in 2025. Check-in began at 2:00 p.m. Next, immigration and security screening are conducted. The procedure took about 10 minutes, including waiting time. The departure area features a café and duty-free shops. The waiting area is spacious and has power outlets available. Boarding the ship begins at 3:30 p.m. Show your passport and boarding pass at the boarding gate. Walk along the long passageway with views of the ships. Busan–Osaka operates three round trips per week. The hull is white with orange and blue. Proceed from the passageway to the boarding bridge. Next, take the escalator inside the ship to the upper deck. This is the lobby on the 5th-floor deck. The passenger areas on board are located on decks 5 through 7. The ceiling features Korea’s traditional “Lee Flower Pattern.” The lobby has a very sophisticated atmosphere. The interior design theme was inspired by the palaces of the Joseon Dynasty. One day, the prince was strolling through the palace. Then he finds himself lost in a fantasy world. It’s a different sensibility from Japanese ferries. Wonderful. My cabin is the “Ocean View” on the 6th floor. I booked it for $165 with two buffet meals included. The cabin door unlocks with a password. This cabin is a shared room with four beds. We’ll take a closer look at the cabin later. First, let’s go see the departure operations. This is the 7th-floor lounge. This lounge has many windows facing the direction of travel. Terraces are installed on both sides of the lounge. The starboard terrace also serves as a smoking area. From this spot, the wharf is very easy to see. The boarding bridge has been detached from the ship. The forward visibility is also excellent. The vehicle lamp is also white, orange, and blue. The Seonghee bound for Shimonoseki departs in the evening. The vehicle ramp on the stern side is also stowed. Next, they loosen the rope and detach it from the bollard. But something seems off… The departure operations were suspended. The scheduled departure time of 4 p.m. has already passed. It seems there was some kind of trouble. The ship’s announcement says an event will be held on the external deck. The performance had begun on the external deck. They are students at an art university in South Korea. They must be aspiring dancers or models. In South Korea, many young people aspiring to become entertainers study at university. This is an idol group. His dance harmonizes tradition and modernity. It’s wonderful to see young people striving toward their goals. I can’t help but hope their dreams come true. Finally, a representative student gives a greeting. Then they take a commemorative photo with the ship’s staff. The person speaking is probably the students’ teacher. In other words, the ship delayed its departure for this event. Departure at 5:00 p.m., one hour behind schedule. However, the ship is scheduled to arrive in Osaka at 9:00 a.m. as planned. The staff at the wharf are waving. The bow of the ship is still facing away from the direction of travel. The ship is moving backward while leaving the wharf. Goodbye, Busan! Our destination is Osaka. This is the view from the 7th floor lounge. Next, let’s head to the stern’s external deck. This is the 7th floor external deck. The 8th-floor external deck is the rooftop. The ship turns 180 degrees, aligning its bow with the direction of travel. The Busan Port Bridge is approaching. It’s the Busan’s landmark, completed in 2014. The height from sea level to the bridge deck is 60 meters. Large ships can pass through with ease. This bridge is beautifully illuminated at night. The rooftop deck of this ship is spacious, offering a truly enjoyable view. There are also plenty of rest areas. The ship navigates the vast Busan Port for a while. A high-speed vessel approaches from ahead. This is the “Sea Flower” sailing between Busan and Tsushima. This large semicircle is the restaurant’s skylight. The ship passes between the two lighthouses to exit the harbor. Red lighthouse on the port side. Skyscrapers in the distance, and the uninhabited Goryeodo Island. Passing the white lighthouse with the sound of the ship’s whistle. The city of Busan recedes into the distance. Now let’s explore the external deck. The 7th deck features a vibrant orange color centered around the funnel. In summer, you can also enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. Shower room next to the pool. The snack bar was not open. Next to it is a covered rest area. The ship proceeds toward the Tsushima Strait. Stairs from the 7th floor to the 6th floor. A large space with artificial turf. Further from the 6th floor to the 5th floor. The stern deck beyond the rope is off-limits. The 5th and 6th floors of the external deck are not passenger spaces. Let’s return inside the ship. Take a closer look at the cabin. “Ocean View” $165. All cabins on this ship include two buffet meals. This price is cheap considering meals are included. USB ports and lighting by the pillow. Close the curtains when you go to sleep. Free bottled water is in the refrigerator. The outlet is the SE type, common in Korea. There is a speakers and fire alarm on the ceiling. The air conditioner allows adjustment of airflow and temperature. As it is a newly built ship, every corner of the interior is perfectly clean. Scratch-off lottery tickets were distributed to passengers. This time, I was the only passenger in this cabin. It was a shared cabin, but I could use it almost like a private room. It might be a bit awkward with strangers. Especially when using the bathroom, you’d have to be careful. There’s no bathtub, only a shower. The bathroom facilities are very clean and functional. The Tsushima Strait can get rough at times, so don’t forget your seasickness medicine. There are some water dispensers in the corridor. The grand bath is on the 5th floor. The changing room and bath area aren’t very spacious. It might be difficult to use during busy times. The sauna is an authentic one using sauna stones. Refined Korean-style design. The studio also hosts events like yoga and meditation. This part was filmed while docked at Busan Port. There are also shared toilets and showers. This time, the ferry company cooperated with my filming. I filmed the wheelhouse, which is usually off-limits. Is the crew’s meal delivery pizza? The crew members scan ahead while checking the charts and radar. It was a space filled with a unique tension. Dinner at the 7th-floor restaurant. It is buffet-style dining. The meat dishes were especially plentiful. All cabins include meals in the fare. It’s a very good system. If you’re traveling by ferry, you should enjoy the meals. I wish Japanese ferries would adopt this too. To the 7th floor lounge terrace. The ship is now off Tsushima, in Japanese territorial waters. This time, I was able to photograph all the cabins. The cheapest “Inside” cabin $135. This cabin, as its name suggests, is located inside the ship. Therefore, there are no windows in the room. Otherwise, it is the same as the “Ocean View.” Next, let’s look at the private rooms. This part was filmed when boarding from Osaka. “Balcony Suite” $335. For single occupancy, an additional $135 is required. Outlets are only SE type. Japanese A-type plugs require an adapter. Coffee maker and tableware. Mini-fridge is the same as in shared rooms. Spacious closet. The bathroom layout is also almost the same as the shared room. Considering the price, a bathtub would be desirable. A balcony is installed beyond the large window. “Royal Suite” $465. For single occupancy, an additional $200 is required. The interior is a size larger than the “Balcony Suite.” This cabin has a bathtub. On most Japanese ferries, this cabin would be the highest class. However, this ship has even higher-class cabins. “Presidential Suite” $800. It’s a spacious room that looks incredibly comfortable. But I just can’t understand why there is bunk bed. Other than that, it’s a perfect room. The bathroom and balcony are also spacious. And the top-tier cabin. Its name is “Owner’s Room.” Price undisclosed! If you wish to use this cabin, you must contact the ferry company. For ferry companies, it takes courage to install such cabins on board. In other words, it meant prioritizing pride over profit. The bathroom has a jacuzzi. It’s hard to believe this is on a ship. Even a new water purifier cartridge is provided. It even has a closet with sterilization functionality. They’ve put a lot of thought into the lighting and speakers too. The bedroom and living area are completely separate. I was completely captivated by this cabin’s unique interior. Do we really need such a large refrigerator in the cabin? An electric fireplace is installed beneath the television. I’d love to travel in this cabin just once… I’ve descended to the 5th floor lobby. This shop sells a wide variety of duty-free items. Alcohol is cheaper in Japan than at this shop. Use the self-checkout for payment. You can order food and enjoy it in the game corner. Prizes like stuffed animals are also available. This casino offers excellent facilities. This is a reservation-only sushi bar. Since all cabins include meals, few passengers will likely use this bar. The floor of the kids’ corner is thick cushioning. There are Korean picture books and toys. Night deepens aboard the ship. They have a showtime at the restaurant. Students perform again. You might enjoy different events each time you board. Beer in the lounge for $3. At midnight the ship passed through the Kanmon Strait. On the starboard side is Kitakyushu cityscape. It is an industrial area with a long history. On the port side, Shimonoseki cityscape. Then passing under the Kanmon Bridge. This bridge finishes its nighttime illumination late at night. The bridge without its lights on is truly impressive. The ship enters the Seto Inland Sea. I’m going to sleep. This is the 7th-floor lounge before dawn. The ship is sailing east across the Seto Inland Sea. Several ships are passing by. Cloudy skies obscure the sunrise. The ship passes through the Great Seto Bridge. The Great Seto Bridge consists of 10 bridges. Its total length is over 12 kilometers. Passing under bridges is a major highlight of the ferry trip. Where on the ship you look up at the bridges is important. The external deck, the lounge, or the terrace of a private cabin… This ship offers different views from various spots. A small boat is drifting among the waves. Passing one ferry. This is the “Orange Hope” sailing between Kobe and Niihama. Please check out my past video! The ship is still quiet in the early morning. Let’s have breakfast at the restaurant. The menu focuses on Korean and Western cuisine. Meal costs are included, so it’s a waste not to eat. You can order egg dishes. Various desserts are also available. Morning light streams in through the skylight. The ship is sailing south of Shodoshima Island. One ferry sailis on the starboard side. This is the “Izumi” sailing between Izumiotsu and Shinmoji. This video is fun too! And the ship heads into Akashi Strait. Passing under Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. The ship enters Osaka Bay from the Seto Inland Sea. The cityscape of Osaka spreads out before my eyes. Is the Expo site crowded again today? The ship enters Osaka Port. The ship’s arrival is announced by its whistle. This ship arrives at the International Ferry Terminal. The wharf is coming into view. Staff members are gathering on the bow deck. The ferry company’s flag is hoisted at the bow. Staff members are waiting at the wharf. The ship seems to have moved forward a bit too much. Reverse the ship and then drop the lines to the wharf. Rope work at the stern completed first. Next, the bow side rope work. The rope wasn’t long enough, so they have to start over. He is rushing to feed the rope out on the bow deck. Some of the crew members may not be accustomed to the new ship. Departure was delayed by one hour, but arrival was on schedule at 9:00 a.m. Well then, let’s disembark. Next time, I’d definitely like to enjoy the pool. The door leads to the restaurant. It was a delicious meal and a fun event. It was a ferry trip in a shared cabin. But it felt practically like a private cabin. Passengers in private cabins disembark first. Passengers sharing a room will need to wait for a while. Take the escalator down to the lower deck. Descend directly to the wharf via the gangway. The ship’s hull, viewed up close, is truly impressive. We’ll take the shuttle bus to the terminal. It’s very close, so we’ll arrive in about 30 seconds. Walking down the passageway, I was still basking in the afterglow of the ferry trip. Panstar Miracle, see you next time! Immigration went smoothly. Proceeding to the arrival lobby. There are no shops or facilities in this terminal. From here, take the shuttle bus to the nearest station. It’s the same bus vehicle we boarded at the wharf. Arrival at Cosmo Square Station in about 5 minutes. If you walk, it’s about 15 minutes. Walking a little from the bus stop and looking into the distance. You can see the vivid orange funnel. Cosmos Square Station is one stop to Yumeshima Station at the Expo site. Later, I arrived at the Expo. Got off at Yumeshima Station and headed to the venue. The Gate is extremely crowded. Under clear skies, Myaku Myaku welcomed us. The giant ring-shaped roof structure stands out beautifully against the blue sky. It’s a structure I hope remains even after the Expo closes. Every pavilion was packed, and reservations were hard to get. For some reason, Sushiro was empty. Just walking around the venue is a fun experience. Beyond this sea lies Osaka Port. Take the escalator to the rooftop of the Grand Roof Ring. I really wanted to see the Korean pavilion. Thank you for watching! See you in the next video!
