今回の旅先は京都府京都市にある『大歳神社（おおとしじんじゃ）』です。
今の季節は『京都西山竹あかり〜幻想夜2025』が行われており、京都西山が誇る名刹『善峯寺』、『柳谷観音 楊谷寺』、そして『大歳神社』に地域のボランティアによって制作された放置竹林の竹を使った竹あかりが灯されます。
『大歳神社』では約1,000年前まで実際に使用されていた栢の実の油を用いて御神灯を灯す『灯明復活プロジェクト』も行われており古代の炎が境内を照らして幻想的な夜でした。

Our destination on this trip was Otoshi Shrine in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture.
At this time of year, the Kyoto Nishiyama Bamboo Lantern Festival – Fantasy Night 2025 is taking place, with bamboo lanterns made from bamboo from abandoned bamboo groves by local volunteers being lit at Kyoto Nishiyama’s famous temples, Yoshimine-dera Temple, Yanagidani Kannon Yokoku-ji Temple, and Otoshi Shrine.
At Otoshi Shrine, the Lantern Revival Project is also underway, lighting sacred lamps using oak nut oil, which was actually used until around 1,000 years ago, and the ancient flames illuminating the shrine grounds created a magical night.

■開催日：2025年10月18日（土）～20日（月）
■開催時間：18：00～20：30
■開催内容：約1,000年前まで実際に使用されていた栢の実の油を用いて御神灯を灯す「灯明復活プロジェクト」、神楽殿にてお琴の演奏や能（金剛流宗家）の奉納を実施
■拝観料：参拝無料（お気持ちの志をお納めください）

（２）善峯寺（京都市西京区大原野小塩町1372）
■開催日：2025年10月31日（金）～11月3日（月・祝）、8日（土）、9日（日）
■開催時間：18：00～20：30（20：00受付終了）
■開催内容：経堂改修記念法要、多宝塔のライトアップ、寺宝館にて片岡鶴太郎作の鯉の襖絵特別公開、おりんの生演奏と般若心経コラボ奉納を実施
■拝観料：大人1,200円、高校生800円、小中学生500円

（３）柳谷観音 楊谷寺（長岡京市浄土谷堂の谷2）
■開催日：2025年11月21日（金）～24日（月・祝）、29日（土）、30日（日）
■開催時間：18：00～20：30（20：00時受付終了）
■開催内容：花手水発祥の地である楊谷寺において、紅葉期に照明デザイナー小川ユウキ氏による浄土苑（京都府指定庭園）のライトアップと合わせて、境内各所に竹あかりを設置するとともに、上書院の特別公開を実施します。また、会期中は本堂にて御住職による読経が行われます。
