【北海道旅最終話】1ヶ月間狭〜いハイゼットカーゴでシニア男女二人旅!遊び小屋コニファーのバンガローで久しぶりの布団のはずが,,,,
Isn’t that weird? He ‘s mad. I don’t know why, but when I say it like that, he’s mad. Have enough to eat. / Here / Enough. This is good / Much more, much more, it’s so far away. It’s far away. Right. Personally, I think it’s just right to be far away. About this much. Yes. We met. I’m so happy. Oh wow. I got off because there was a road closure, so I met him. That’s the red head. Wow. Amazing. It’s been more than five hours. I left around 10 o’clock. More than six hours. What a lovely road we’ve come on. Be careful of brown bears. / Oh, I see , here we are. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, today we have a rainy day discount, so it’s 1000 yen, so 1000 yen makes it 2000 yen cheaper. I’m so happy. It’s 1000 yen per person, so that’s a 2000 yen discount. [※Room rate is 1000 yen off]/ Wow. Oh. / Did I say? Maybe not. 1000 yen? I don’t know. It’s a discount. Great. Oh, it feels really nice. Oh, it’s really nice. Yay. I’m happy. Is it outside the toilet? / Probably not. Maybe it’s outside the toilet. Well, somewhere for now…/ This is the campsite reception. An incredibly nice cottage. Yes, I found it. It’s lovely. Nice. Pine, Bambi. Yeah. Wow. I really love it. Great. A bungalow. A pine bungalow. All handmade. Amazing. I’ll stay a little longer, for two days. Yes. Yes. Okay. So, let’s introduce the rooms. The smell of wood is already amazing , so bring the table over here. That means we can cook too. Here we go . Yay, this place is amazing, let’s have a toast for now. Wonderful. Wonderful. Haa. That’s wonderful. This cottage is lovely, there are lots of ladybug dots on it. Yeah. / What’s that? Wow. Wow wow. It flew off . Let’s have a toast first. What would you like to drink? Oh, right. / Milk would be fine too. Oh, that’s right. / Come on, come on, come on. / With this. / Hmm? Well, well, well, is this okay? / Shall I make coffee? A toast with milk and beer. Yes. Good work. / Good work. Yay . / Ah. Well, this is it for today. This and saury. That’s right. / I want to eat saury with rice, so / This one first. Yeah. This trip is incredibly extravagant. It ‘s the most extravagant I’ve ever been on. It’s a pleasure trip, after all. I might not be able to chew it all. Maybe a little too much for grandma and grandpa . Chili pepper. / That’s good. Um, hey, I think one of each would be better. / No, it’s fine, about two would be fine. / Yeah. It’s squid from Rausu in Shiretoko. You say this is cheap, but 1000 yen is expensive, normally. / Yeah. I really wanted to make okonomiyaki with this flying squid . Oh, they don’t sell raw squid, so that’s what I’m saying. That’s right. Luxury/luxury. We ate it properly, Kura-kunya. It’s incredibly delicious. Yes. That’s enough. Well, watch us eat. Who’s having fun? / Yeah. Hey, let’s eat. Here we go. / Here we go. It ‘s hanging down. See? Yeah. / Delicious. It’s so bouncy. What do you think? Good morning. Last night, in the middle of the night, my bed was small, so it’s quite cramped. Here, I’m on the bottom. I’m on the bottom and this person is on the top. He said he’d sleep downstairs and I said “thanks” and he said “I don’t remember. Did I say that?” “I don’t remember, thank you” – isn’t that weird that he said that? He was mad. I don’t know why, but when he said that, he was mad , even though it was the truth. I don’t understand why he’d get mad and say “hmph” over something like that. He left. He was like, mad at me, ignoring me, staying quiet, and even when I asked him what he was looking for, he ignored me. I don’t like that. He ‘s doing the same thing as my mom. I want him to go home. Well, they say if you don’t like being told that, then don’t say “I’ll sleep downstairs” in the first place . You end up testing people. I said I’d sleep downstairs, and he kept telling me to switch in the morning , and then he told me to wait until I’d had enough sleep before switching . Maybe I was too sleepy. I was so sleepy I couldn’t think about myself at all, and more than anything, it was the other person . It’s when you’re feeling down that you end up complaining,,,, it’s so lonely , I feel so lonely. Drink some nice coffee and think you’re alone. Right? Also, I feel a little sad. You might think I film everything because I’m a YouTuber, but this is the truth. That’s why I’m angry. Maybe kindness was my selling point. Is he really kind? Either way? This whole place is a campground, so you can pitch a tent. The sound of the river is so soothing. Well, it’s 11 o’clock, so I have to move rooms this morning. I really like this place, though . Well, when I say move, I mean right there. This place has bunk beds, yeah. It ‘s really a one-room apartment . So, right next to this , yeah yeah yeah yeah. I think I could put a table there and do it. I’ve been editing all day today. Ah, I’m hungry. I’ve only had cup ramen, should I eat something?/Hmm, let ‘s eat something. This is a bit tough. Anything goes/LOL/I feel like I’m going to die. But I won’t die./No, 4. Ah, gross… Shall we eat something? Yeah. What? Yes. This is the wooden deck, so I’d like to cook here. It’s small, but we’ll use our ingenuity to make it work. Yes , hey, even though it’s only 1000 yen more, this pine bungalow is better. I think this one is 6000 yen. There’s a 1000 yen discount on rainy days. So, in the end… 8000 yen and 8000 yen, I think. Oh, the entrance fee is 2000 yen. 2000, 4000 yen and 5000 yen … 9000 yen. 5000 yen. 6000 yen became 5000 yen, so it’s 9000 yen. It was sunny here and here, so 2000 + 2000 + 5000 = 9000 yen, 9000 yen x 2 = 18,000 yen, so 18,000 yen for two nights. Okay. Today I’m having this crab and egg rice with thickened sauce, tokoroten, stir-fried cabbage and burger, tomato , and then I’m thinking of eating just the herring on the herring rice as a snack. I’ll drink first, drink while I cook, tired. tired. Ah . Uh~~. Come up from this side and eat from that container. Here we go. Here you go. Here you go. I’m making tea. I should have made it so I could eat it quickly. I’ve been telling you to make tea, but you’re still here. It’s super juicy. This is making me grumpy. I’m putting this on the old man ‘s crab and egg rice like this. Oh, it’s heavy. Do my arms feel like they’re going to break ? / Yes. It’s like this. Here you go. Thank you. / Yeah. It doesn’t taste like crab omelet even though it doesn’t have crab in it. No, it tastes like egg. Does it taste like crab? Yes. So, this is miso soup. It tastes of egg and green onion. / Well, it’s the best. It tastes amazing. Yeah. You can have more miso soup. Here you go~ While watching, this is wine. Where did they put the wine? Hmm. It tastes like crab. It’s cheap, I stayed up all night doing this. Um, I didn’t add subtitles last time either. I didn’t add subtitles this time either, but I managed to get it done in time for the video that will be aired at 8 o’clock tonight. I’ll add subtitles when I get home and enjoy my trip to the fullest. Anyway, the laundromat is packed now. I don’t have any underwear. And then, um, where is it? Heading to Biei. Which exit? This is it. This way. If you go to the part here where there’s no grass , oh, that’s right. This way/ It slips through this gap, looks, and comes out. That’s enough. That’s not easy, so please do that for me. Bye-bye. Thank you. /See you again/ Again , you need some time to do this. For us floating layer people. Yeah. So, they told me to separate my trash and leave it there, yeah. /That 500 yen/ Yeah , I told them about that YouTube, so I think the owner will watch it later. They’re even seeing me off now, but the road is bumpy and there’s nothing there, so there’s no point in taking pictures, so we’ll just chat for a bit. That’s true. The toilet is clean with a washlet, but there’s only one, so it’s difficult for people who live nearby to go at night. Well, it’s totally within walking distance. How many meters is it? About 50m. If you want to go, you don’t get there early, especially since my favorite place there is two stories high/ That’s right. Yes. I’ve been saying this so many times, it’s no good, hmm. It was unlimited. / Unlimited ejaculation. The owner is really nice. He’s young. / Yeah. / Probably in his late 30s. Yeah. / Probably around the same age as our kids. Late 30s, I think early. Oh, you think early? Yes. But it’s a foreign-style campsite that makes use of the natural scenery. Ah, that’s right. I think foreigners would like it. Well, we Japanese like it too, but that’s not what I mean. Ah, it was designed to make you feel like you’re in a foreign country. The smell of the wood was amazing. And the sound of the river babbling, like how we say “It’s raining” every day at the door. No, it was the sound of the river babbling. Yeah, I was just seeing you on Instagram earlier. How was your mom ?,,,, you know? I saw a message from Conifer. Only my mother was visible, and I thought maybe, and then I saw that she was following me too. Why didn’t Maru’s mom tell me that Machiko from Vanlifer was there? Did she? Did she? Yes! Yes, they’re definitely the same age. They’re in their 30s. / That’s right. Mom and Dad are in their 60s. They might even be younger than me. / Hmmmmmm . I don’t have time to keep editing and hole up in that hut. After all, I need to let the landlord see Biei’s beautiful Blue Pond, so I’m running out of time, so why don’t I just see that one last time before going home? Hurry up. Oh, did you book a flight? I didn’t. / Do you have to book a flight? I’m walking home. Yes. I’ve finished doing the laundry. Okay, I’m going to buy some groceries and head to the National Shirokane Campground. I’m tired. I’m tired. See, landlord, you’re tired, aren’t you? The number is easy to remember. / He’s not listening to what other people are saying at all, so he’s free to talk, and yes, he just wants to go home, fart, and go to sleep, he’s so sleepy. He’s not getting enough time to get a good night’s sleep. He’s in a situation where he has to go back from Chitose Airport. It seems he’s exhausted… It’s even more so that by the time I upload this video, the videos will be about a month behind if you think he should go home with me, so please raise your hand. There are no people. Oh? So if you don’t think he should go home, please raise your hand. There are no people. We’re neutral. Neutral people, raise your hand… Zero participants. That’s, um, I guess this is what they call ignoring … Beautiful mountains. Look. Wow, it’s beautiful. You can get a lot in from here too. Look, it’s so beautiful. The mountains. It’s insanely beautiful. There’s a little bit of snow on top. That’s turned into a roadside station. I won’t make it to Biei Birke Shirokane in time. This one is 13 minutes closer. Finally arrived. Oh, it’s kind of deserted. Is this the toilet here? / Yeah. Yes. I’ve already bought everything. I mixed roast beef into choregi salad. Fried chicken, pasta salad, and rice with lots of clams. Shiraae (seaweed salad). It’s so cramped, and I’m really exhausted. Me/ Let’s have a toast. I want to have a toast. Cup, cup, this is so delicious. They say eat, eat, eat, but it’s really delicious. This is the one I was given. “Otaru Mugishu” – well, it’s a dark color. Do you want to enjoy your food in any situation? It might be really high-class. This is like a surveillance camera. Good work . Ah, good work. Cheers. Yeah. It’s strong. Oh, it’s strong. It ‘s really strong. /Wait a minute/ They say it’s delicious. No, I’ve eaten enough. I’ve had enough here . This is fine. / But even more so, I can’t even make coffee in the morning after staying overnight at the roadside station . Well, I already have more luggage than when Mom was here. I wonder why it’s like this. It’s already autumn. The leaves are turning a little red. Yes. This is the perfect old man. Let me hang this up like this. Yes. Oh, I want to go to the Blue Pond. I went to the Blue Pond in Hokkaido. I usually spend the night in my car there . How much did this camper van site cost? I had the impression it was really expensive. It costs thousands of yen. But you can relax there. If you’re just going to sleep, I think a quick nap there is enough. The only difference is whether you can set up a tarp next to it, so the view doesn’t really change. And when I said there was a shower, I meant the toilet inside the roadside station. There used to be a washlet , but it’s closed, so if you want to take a shower, come when the roadside station is open. It’s really close. Um, 500 yen (parking fee). Is it only for buses? It’s buses only. The parking lot right after you enter is for buses only, passenger cars are on the other side . This is the blue entrance for passenger cars only. Motorcycles 100 yen, passenger cars 500 yen. Yes. There were restrictions like this. For the period and the time. If you do it now, it will be from April 24th to October 23rd, so from 7am to 7pm. I don’t think many people will be there on April 24th, though. Yes. Look at this carefully. Look at this carefully. Make a note of this. Oh, it’s on Google. Um, earlier, I stayed here, and if I leave like this, I’ll just go straight and be there. It’s only 2 or 3 minutes. So, um, today I looked at this, Shirahige Falls, and this, and, uh, I’m camping here so I’ll go here and get a discount ticket for the hot spring first, and then I’ll go in this hot spring and then go up to the Tokachi-dake Observatory here. So, here , I’ll stay here for one night. Yes. I can already see it faintly. It’s a tourist spot, so there are a lot of people. I think I’ll go up to the upper observation deck first. It’s autumn. Autumn has begun. But I can get by in just a shirt. It’s a short trip for that 500 yen. The distance is about 2km from the roadside station, but it’s a bit dangerous if a bear appears on the way. It’s already blue over there. This is limestone piled up at the bottom, and it’s turning blue as it reflects the sunlight . There are lots of these in New Zealand. Hmm, there aren’t any left. This is/ It’s up there, right? Let’s turn around and go there. / Yeah. Maybe something will come out. / Nothing’s coming out. Ah, I’ll pick this and eat it. This/ If you eat it first, there’s a place to go up. It said you can’t go through here, but… Isn’t this side a footpath? Is it the end? This is the end, go up the stairs and you can go to the very end. I paid 500 yen. Enjoy, everyone. Autumn leaves all the way to the very end. Well, a bit. Wow, there are a lot of people here. I want to go to the Tokachidake Observatory. What a huge stink bug. Are there really stink bugs like this? There are a lot of tourist buses, so it’s best to come before 10am. Early, like 7am. But the light was backlit. Depending on your position, you can get a nice shot. You could use a card too. Sunflowers? Sunflowers. Sunflowers. Tiny sunflowers. So cute. Here I come, here I can see it. I can see it. I can see it. I can see it. Wow, amazing. Mount Biei, the mountain in front is Mount Biei. A sign just appeared. Mount Biei. There’s a proper parking lot. Please park in this parking spot. Yeah. This is the hot spring town. Shirogane Onsen. Mmm. What a beautiful color. Let’s eat. I’ll eat with caution. Is it delicious? Huh? Delicious. / It’s really good. It’s so delicious/I love it, I wonder why I came here to eat takoyaki, but I love takoyaki. Ah, it looks so beautiful. The soil is red. This is the Shirogane National Campground. We met up here last year. Are there any bears here?/Bears appear everywhere . Groundsheet/Yeah. Pop it up and go down… Okay, then, let’s go to Mt. Tokachi and go to the hot springs , and there are cottages further back here. So, you can go around the whole place. Wow, it’s like this. It’s stylish, isn’t it? Looks like not much light gets in. Is it really just a place to sleep? Ah. /Wow, it’s true. Amazing. Look at the fallen tree. It’s broken into pieces. /Yeah. It’s dangerous to walk inside, so it’s fenced off. It was really amazing. The wind and rain the other day. /Yeah. It was dangerous, wasn’t it? It has a certain atmosphere. It’s so. It’s red. The soil. /The soil is so red. So red. Beautiful. Oh, so beautiful. It’s so beautiful. Bougakudai Ah, this is it. This way. Okay, I’ve come up. I’ve come up. Actually, it was really close. So amazing, oh, there’s no place to park the car. So that’s why he parked it here. That’s right. / Wow. Oh, there it is, there it is, there it is, there it is. / Oh, there it was. Lucky. / Lucky. I had no idea that the Tokachidake Bogakudai Disaster Prevention Center erupted in 1988. I guess he was just born and was busy so he couldn’t watch TV. It’s so beautiful, I just took so many pictures. So beautiful. Really, honestly. I can’t move around. Yes. Biei Town Recreation Center is a hot spring for the public, so it’s 200 yen to enter. It’s also 200 yen for people staying there. Apparently they don’t provide shampoo or conditioner though. I have that with me so it’s fine. I’m finally ready. There’s a live show today, so I’ve got lots of lights and other things properly charged and ready. I set up a tent over there today, so the owner will sleep there and I’ll be in the spacious car. I’ll have a bite to eat. After my bath. It was so hot, but it’s getting a bit cooler now, so it’s getting cold. Yeah. It’s getting cold. Seriously. Yeah. So today we’re having hot pot. Hot pot is the easiest way to warm up, yeah. Tired. Tired. / It’s so far away. It’s so far away. Oh, this is just my personal feeling, it’s best to be far away. If it’s right next to me like this, it’s also… big. That mosquito here, mosquito ? That’s not a mosquito. / No, it’s not a mosquito anymore. What’s this? Amenbo? / It’s not an Amenbo. Machiko’s head. It’s coming from behind, from behind. From behind. Yes. Stop. It’s biting my head. I should wear a hat. It’s better to wear one. It’s biting my head, my face, and the front… Oh, it’s on my face. Maybe I should put a net on. There are still marks here. Gring-ring / I was laughing and then they came over here too . Actually, we should have a bonfire. Even though I put out mosquito coils. This is the kind of meat that mosquito coils don’t work on. I bought some really good meat. You see, I was staking out the place, hoping Fu-chan would come over . Yes. It’s thick. It’s thick, even though it’s shabu-shabu meat. Yeah. Shall I wake you up, landlord? Okay, it smells nice. Please sit here. Take your shoes off and we’ll be playing house over here. Yeah. Yes. You can eat now. It even has ponzu sauce, so please eat. Enjoy. Yes. Yes. Wow. Yeah . This is really good pork. It looks delicious. Wow, it was a beautiful, good pork . Grandpa, you’ve got aspiration pneumonia, so no one’s going to catch it, so please eat it slowly. It’s good. Yeah. This is delicious . Yeah. This is the biggest ladybug in Japan, it’s huge. Really. This ladybug is called a turtle-shaped ladybug. It’s on my finger like this. Wow, so cute. Ah, the clouds that have fallen are amazing. I slept alone today, so I was able to sleep comfortably. It was cold. Really cold. What temperature is it already? What temperature is it now? I had fun at the live show yesterday. But 12° isn’t that cold. Wow, the leaves are already turning red. It’s autumn. He’s sitting there, what is he doing? Oh, he’s wondering what he should do, maybe he remembers and can tidy up? I don’t think he can. No, we have to watch him grow up. I’ll leave him alone and stop complaining. Coffee’s ready. Oh, I got a LINE message. He must have watched that live show properly and reflected on it. Yeah. Hmm Let’s go for a drink. There’s a line, so be careful. Thank you. It’s wet right now, so I’m washing and wiping the pegs,,, you should point them in the opposite direction. I found a peg washer somewhere. Look look look/Why? Why is that? You want to do it now, don’t you? No, I don’t really want to. Not really. Well, I’m heading towards the Otaru Ferry Terminal. How was it? A lot happened in Hokkaido, but it was fun. /Really really. Yeah. It was really fun. I hope next time we can go longer and take it easy. That’s right. Yeah. Sorry for saying all those selfish things like going home early. It’ll be fine. Let’s continue to get along well. Maru. That’s right. Maru. Everyone here, especially the guys, is really nice. Yeah. / Yeah. What was the best place after all? A place I’d like to visit again. I ‘d like to visit again… Oh, there isn’t. / Yagishiri Island and Teuri Island, yeah. I thought so. It’s amazing. In the middle of nature. They’re the most inconvenient camping spot, but I shave. Yes, it’s free. I dropped in at Sandan Taki Park, I say, adding a side profile. /Do you know where it is? There’s an arrow under that sign that says “Boarding Gate.” Yes. /Go straight to the right there. Doesn’t this thing go up to the right?/It doesn’t go up. It doesn’t go up. Is that the thing that falls into the sea if you go up?/Straight/Go straight. Over there. Ah, that’s it. Okay. Okay. Yes, thank you./That’s good – it says “Boarding Gate” properly. Ah, I remember now. I remember this place. I remember now. This is a really long run like this. Ah. I’m going in from below this time. It’s my first time. Going in from below…oh, it’s underground. Shall we go down?/Slowly. Ah, that’s scary. Just a little. / Are you okay? It’s okay, I’m fine, lol. / It’s okay. That’s good. Face forward, enter, head over there, back in there. Head over there, back in, and driver, please apply the handbrake. [Music] This is deck 1. It says deck. See? I hear that all the time. / Deck? It’s deck 1. It ‘s deck 4. Wow. / See? We have a ton of luggage. Lots of food and all sorts of stuff. 14. This. Nice. / Nice. The ceiling is high like this, so it’s comfortable. I missed my ramen, so I had instant ramen and gyoza. The landlord went to the bath. He kept asking me where we were, and it was hard work, maybe even harder than my mom. Seico Mart food comparison. I had my favorite shrimp gratin. It had potato salad on top. Looks delicious. I ordered a little escalope, a Nemuro specialty, and this was the rice underneath. So, can I eat much of this rice? The rice here is delicious. Because. It’s the last one, / I can only laugh. It’s a huge amount. We’ve used up the last of our Super Thanks, so why not serve some ourselves and eat it? I like the expression “treat yourself.” It’s the one with demi-glace sauce. I’ll have some. Yeah. Delicious. / Pork cutlet? I’ll have a piece . Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Walk a little faster. You were taking pictures of a completely different person. I thought so. I should n’t have gotten so far away by mistake, but I should have stayed close to him and we should have arrived home safely. We haven’t driven on the highway yet , though. We both have poor eyesight. I’m extremely nearsighted. I don’t have presbyopia… it’s adjusted to fit my eyes, but I have severe astigmatism, so I can’t see much light, and then, um, I think you said you’d buy me sunglasses before, you said you’d buy them for me, Machiko, you said you’d buy me sunglasses, but it kind of slipped away, and with the way my life is now, I guess I’m just relying on you. No, I won’t do that . When I get a little money, we’ll be like that too. Maybe we’re codependent. Is it the rumored codependency? This is bad. We need to get away for a bit. We ‘re full and sleepy, the situation is bad. We really need to stay focused until the very end. Yeah. / Yeah. Let’s go home. Let ‘s go home / Right. It was fun. We’ve got all these memories and lots of videos left, and it was fun. Ah, we’re here. Ah, I told you to put them on. Yes, yes, yes. You looked really angry just now. Like, cut it off, hurry up. That’s not true. His face looks sharp. Okay, it’s gone. It’s warm and I’m back.
