【東京Vlog】幡ヶ谷・代々木上原で1日散歩|秘密の神社と柚木沙弥郎展|カフェと建築と餃子

Today’s destination is Hatagaya. It’s a neighborhood packed with places I love. I’m grabbing breakfast at one of my favorite cafes. Look at this lineup of baked goods! I can’t contain my excitement. Every corner of this shop is unique. That’s exactly why I love it here. You get a sticker when you visit. I honestly wish I could sleep here, buried in scones. These pancakes are only available on certain days. The nutty aroma of the whole wheat and the chewy texture are the best. I’m having them with lemon curd and butter. The “Coconut Dream” is super coconutty from the first bite! It feels like the ultimate luxury for an autumn morning. Now, off to an exhibition I’ve been wanting to see. This is my first time at Opera City. The morning sun pouring in looks divine. It feels like a modern palace. Here is the exhibition I wanted to see. Samiro Yunoki was a Japanese craftsman and artist. He enjoyed creating art right up until he passed away in 2024 at the age of 101. His grandchild used to post about his daily life on Instagram, and I really enjoyed watching those posts. I want to become a lively grandma like that, too. It was a truly wonderful exhibition. Heading to lunch now. It’s a small gyoza cafe run by a woman all by herself. The interior is cozy and relaxing. The presentation is incredibly careful and neat. You can tell at a glance that it’s made with care. The handmade wrappers are thick and chewy. The vegetable sides are delicious, and beautiful too. If a restaurant serves good sides and salads, everything else will be delicious. That’s a rule I’ve discovered recently! Taking a walk around the neighborhood. I found a shrine with an incredible presence along the way. …I wonder what draws me to it? I happened to visit while the locals were cleaning, so they let me take a peek at the inner sanctuary. They encouraged me to look further inside… There were so many fox statues that locals had worshipped at home. It’s an amazing amount. Apparently, the scratches on this lantern are from when this gentleman was a mischievous child! Small shrines are protected by the local people. I suppose they gather the thoughts and prayers of the community. I’m sure there are many wonderful, unnamed shrines across Japan. A wagashi shop that opened in 2024. It has the dignified atmosphere of a long-established shop. Antiques bought by the owners during their travels were on display. A sense of beauty breathed through every single object. A sinful, perfect, beautiful white sphere. Delicious! A gentle and delicate flavor. A shop for furniture and lifestyle goods. It features items from craftsmen and artists, both Japanese and international. Such a fresh selection of items. I really liked the woodworks by “TOO WOOD.” I definitely want to go to their next exhibition. I’m walking towards Yoyogi-Uehara Station. My favorite bakery was closed today. A cafe I’ve been wanting to visit for a long time. Anyway, today was the perfect day for a walk. Such elaborate items, full of originality. A brilliance worthy of the finale of autumn. Thank you for watching! If you enjoyed this video, please like and subscribe. See you on the next trip!

今回のハイライトは、ネットやGoogle Mapでも情報の少ない穴場の神社「白玉稲荷大明神」です。本当に小さく、住宅街の中にひっそり佇んでいますが、不思議な魅力のある場所でした。
