Noto Gyu Premium Flap Meat — one of Japan’s rarest regional Wagyu programs.
Noto Gyu refers to Kuroge Washu raised under strict conditions set by the Noto Beef Brand Promotion Council since 1995. To earn the “Noto Gyu” name, the cattle must:
• Be pure Japanese Black with verified lineage
• Spend the longest rearing period in Ishikawa Prefecture
• Achieve A3 or B3 quality grade and above
Raised on the Noto Peninsula, this Wagyu is known for its fine marbling, tender texture, and clean, rich flavor. Only around 700 heads are processed per year, making it extremely limited even inside Japan.
A rare find with a melt-in-the-mouth profile and deep character — Noto Gyu remains one of the most exclusive regional Wagyu in the country.
