【北海道旅】札幌グルメよくばり満腹コース!北海道でしか飲めないクラシックを浴びるほど飲んできました!アラ還夫婦のぐたぐた旅
Sapporo, Hokkaido. I woke up excitedly at 3am and am now heading to Kansai Airport. This Hokkaido gourmet trip is the classic route for beginners, and we hope you enjoy it to the end! The light and airy feeling of taking off is always exciting. Even though we ‘re still in the air, Nikka already feels like Hokkaido ! I’m so excited for the “Classic” experience ! We’ll have lunch at this food court in New Chitose Airport. It’s all Hokkaido’s famous restaurants. Kantaro conveyor belt sushi restaurant . For my first 3.9 judo uniform, I decided to go for conveyor belt sushi. Sapporo Classic beer by the glass, draft beer, canned P. Ah, so delicious! I was so hungry I ordered a lot. I finished the canned P Classic in about three sips. Kantaro sake (1,056 yen) , canned P. Hokkaido raw scallops (869 yen) . ‼︎‼ Grilled Sushi (902 yen) , Salmon Roe and Scallops (792 yen), Hokkaido Herring (528 yen) , Kushiro Cod Milt Gunkan (638 yen). This isn’t your average conveyor-belt sushi; all the thick Hokkaido scallops are seared and topped with salmon roe ! So delicious! Speaking of which, I’ve made a hometown tax donation to Betsukai Town . These chewy scallops are amazing! And now, welcome to the world of classic sushi! Herring sushi is rare ! Kan P. This is the best! The bouncy milt exceeds the quality of conveyor-belt sushi . Hakodate Spear Squid (583 yen), Octopus (473 yen), and Shredded Crab Gunkan (528 yen). Don’t underestimate the white fish series, either, from the list of fish caught in Hokkaido ! The spear squid also melted in my mouth. I was able to enjoy Hokkaido cuisine right from the start. Thank you for the meal, KanP! ♪ Conveyor belt sushi restaurant Kantaro 8,272 yen. Now that I’m satisfied, I head to Sapporo . Who would have thought I’d meet Ohtani in a Fighters uniform! I managed to get a reserved seat just in time. After walking along the birch tree-lined street and passing through Eniwa and Kitahiroshima, I arrived at Sapporo Station. It was suddenly cold! 5.5°C was tough.
↓ For those who were up to 17°C yesterday, I took the subway to Susukino! The first thing I saw upon coming up from the underground was my personal Sapporo landmark, Nikka! After a 10- minute stroll, wow! There was a huge queue! Ramen Shingen 4.1. After about 30 minutes, I was able to enter the restaurant, but I was still waiting . Finally, I was seated! My throat was dry, so I ordered the classic Mitsuya Cider Shinshu (rich miso) (1,050 yen) and Echigo (spicy miso) (1,050 yen) . Oh! Yellow noodles! Since I’m a beginner, I got the normal one, but they also offer toppings like butter and corn ! The soup is rich with Shinshu miso, but what does the spicy miso Echigo taste like? Shinshu! It hits you hard with its spicy miso! This is also great! The ground sesame on the table changes the flavor of the Echigo . The chewy egg noodles go well with the miso. I forgot to take a picture, but I was so engrossed in the pork slices that I devoured them . It was delicious! Ramen Shingen 2,300 yen. I stayed at the Quintessa Hotel Sapporo Susukino 63 Relax & Spa. There’s a large public bath with a sauna, but you can also enjoy bath salts in your room. I’ll take a break for a while before heading out for the evening session! Tonight is Genghis Khan night. Charcoal Grill Genghis Khan Yamaka 4.4 One of the purposes of this trip is “Genghis Khan.” Plum wine and soda (660 yen), classic draft beer (680 yen) , kampo ( puu-pu), delicious raw lamb, premium shoulder loin, premium mutton (2250 yen) . To be honest, we haven’t experienced the true essence of Genghis Khan yet . Now, now! We’re looking forward to this ! First, we’ll start with rock salt. So soft! So good! Is lamb really this good? Wine for the lamb as we continue to grill it. Raw lamb liver (1380 yen) *From Iceland. Super rare, from Iceland ! No odor at all! Delicious with lots of fat! I was tempted by this too… Sheep Yukhoe (1560 yen). What an impressive appearance ! I can’t resist Yukhoe, but what about lamb? This is exquisite. So good that I can’t tell if it’s beef or lamb ! Mr. Genghis Khan (2,200 yen) A Showa-era man who can’t rest without a kampo (grilled lamb) – so delicious! The lamb yukke is a must-try. The shoulder loin is lean and has a refreshingly delicious sauce. The addition of raw garlic makes the raw lamb even more delicious ! It’s delicious! Lamb chops (1 skewer, 1,320 yen) These chops are extra thick, and the lamb goes perfectly with wine – the fat drips off. Be patient while they’re cooked until they’re done . Come to think of it, this might be my first time having lamb chops, and they’re just ripe for the bite. The juices are delicious ! Incredibly tender, even the fat is fragrant ! Both the kampo and the rum made for a fantastic night. The best Genghis Khan I’ve ever had in my life – so satisfying! Genghis Khan is truly delicious! Come to Hokkaido and try it! Charcoal-grilled Genghis Khan Yamaka 12,890 yen. Susukino at night! It looks amazing! It was so lively, I almost forgot about the cold! THE NIKKA BAR 4.3 The Nikka Bar , famous for its Nikka men, is an adult paradise. I love this atmosphere! Singapore Sling (1,200 yen) Nikka The Grain (2,000 yen) * Double Can P First, savor the aroma ! Surprisingly delicious! The taste of the bubble era . If the alcohol was stronger, I could have tried more. Taketsuru Pure Malt (1,300 yen) The atmosphere and lineup are as expected from Nikka. I had a luxurious time listening to live piano music. Gateau au Chocolat in Taketsuru (400 yen) A cozy bar. Thank you for the meal! THE NIKKA BAR 7,810 yen I’ll leave it at that for today! I woke up refreshed and first I’ll fill my stomach. Let’s see … it looks delicious! Good morning ! The temperature is rising in Sapporo today. It’s a lovely warm day. On day 2, I’m heading to Otaru. Let’s head to Sapporo Station ! It’s a shame that the whole line is out of service.
↓ Apparently there was a fire in Otaru ! Let’s go by bus! The queue is like that of a certain Land. I canceled the Otaru Canal Cruise… Since I’m here, I might as well enjoy Sapporo! I passed through the event at Odori Park and arrived at Nijo Market, Sapporo’s symbol. The TV tower is always there, no matter where you go . Kyoto has streets like Ichijo, Nijo, Sanjo, and more, so I feel a sense of familiarity. This market is lined with shops selling crab and other seafood, as well as restaurants . With so many options, it’s hard to choose between shellfish and shrimp… A huge crab festival! I don’t know how many times I went around, but I ended up here: Donburi Chaya 4.0. I couldn’t find a bottle of Classic Beer… Star anise… what’s that? Classic draft beer (570 yen). The kanpi is so good! Let’s all toast together! Another refreshing and delicious dish today! Crab, salmon roe, and sea urchin tricolor bowl (6080 yen). This is perfect! The salmon roe is shining ! Star anise overnight dried fish (1180 yen) and Kokushi Musou (700 yen). Asahikawa’s service is top notch! Kita no Katsu Oumi (700 yen) *Nemuro declaration! I’ll probably drink two glasses, so it’s delicious! It’s been ages since I’ve eaten sea urchin. It had no odor at all and melted in my mouth ! The smell of crab miso oozed out, and even the meat was squeezed out . I’ll save Otaru for next time. Hokkaido is something I’d like to visit at least once a year! It’s a luxury, though! Scallops grilled with butter and soy sauce (650 yen) From sake to beer and whiskey, Hokkaido has a wide variety of alcohol, a paradise for drinkers and a heaven for foodies . I’ve never heard of Hakkoku…! A rare fish, a fatty, chewy white fish. This is delicious . The hand-rolled sushi style is also delicious with the crab meat mixed in. These days, sea urchin and salmon roe are so expensive, but I’m so happy to be able to eat so much ~~ ❤︎Ahh~ Hakkoku is delicious! I sipped the sake to the bone and dug deep into it . Thank you for the delicious meal♪ Donburi Chaya 10,430 yen The hokke is huge! I ‘m surprised at the 40,000 yen king crab ! The sea urchin looks delicious too! I just ate it… Everyone, it’s hard to ask, but I’m pretending to be you. I didn’t apply for the photo shoot in advance, so that’s all for now.
We’re going to see the Sapporo Clock Tower, which is a historic part of Sapporo and definitely worth seeing at least once. The city is laid out in a grid pattern, so it’s easy to follow even for first-timers. I want to try the famous bakery in Sapporo… Ta-da! Chikuwa bread Zangi is a must-try . And, as an added bonus! Everything looked delicious! I passed through Tanukikoji Shopping Street to meet Tanukichi, but I saw a big one in the sky, so I came over. I looked down on Sapporo from the sky. I couldn’t help but look for Nikka Uncle. I also had a panoramic view of Susukino. My throat was dry, so I went to HUB COCONO SUSUKINO. 4.3 Berry Berry Pina Colada (420 yen) and Jack Daniel’s Double (900 yen). When I arrived at HUB Sapporo, it was packed ! The Sapporo Consadole was playing, and the cheering crowd was huge! Spicy Highball (1000 yen) had a strong pepper kick. I had a great time chatting with the female supporter sitting next to me ! I returned to the hotel for a break, or rather, Nikka. I finished off with some Zangi Zangi, which is delicious even cold, and some authentic Chikuwa Bread ! The chikuwa stuffed with canned tuna inside the bread was an exquisite combination! So good! Even though we made a reservation for tonight’s restaurant three weeks in advance, it was already open at 8pm. Robatayaki Utari , the oldest robatayaki restaurant in Sapporo, has a rating of 4.7. (The image is dark, so it’s easier to see if you darken the room. )
The interior of the restaurant resembles an Ainu-style fisherman’s hut. I reserved the hairy crab . You can see it being grilled on the huge robata grill. Classic Large Bottle (890 yen) Plum Wine and Soda (630 yen) Kan P Shimi Uma! Finally, I found the Classic bottle. One of the treats: Boiled Hairy Crab Half (6600 yen ) (Reservation required) Niseko Ginpu (740 yen) Apparently , Niseko is a phonetic spelling of Niseko . Slowly! Slowly! Tokuchan. This sake from a brewery in Kutchan Town, a region with heavy snowfall, is dry and delicious! The hairy crab really got me going. Hairy crab is Hokkaido’s go-to, after all . Hairy crab is hard to come by ! I really love crab ! The miso is rich and the meat is packed in . This huge Koto Atka Mackerel (2,230 yen) is delicious ! Charcoal grilled crab over a robata grill feels like it’s oozing from the inside . Ah, the sake is delicious! Onion foil wrapped grill (550 yen) *Reservation required. As sweet and smooth as gluten ! Mooko Scallops for Menopause (1 piece 1,100 yen) ! The thick scallops are sweet and delicious. The soup is delicious too. Kan P Niseko Ginpu (740 yen) Make Queen (880 yen) It looks like dried sweet potato ! This moist Make Queen looks like a cake. Don’t underestimate it ! Yes! I drank the whole thing, even the soup. ↓ Which one is it? It’s getting cold! That Make Queen looks so delicious! The charred yam (660 yen) was incredibly delicious. The simple flavor of the ingredients was the essence of robatayaki. Thank you for the meal, Kan P ! Robatayaki Utari 17,660 yen. According to Google, there was a recommended bar in this building. The luxurious atmosphere… Bar Ryuton 4.3. The interior was cozy and sophisticated. Without thinking too much, I reached for the “Akkeshi Whisky.” A Shine Muscat Cocktail (3600 yen) with a panoramic view of Susukino. Akkeshi Single Malt Shosho Double (market price). Smoky and peaty. Kan P. A luxurious cocktail made with the juice of every single Muscat grape. Delicious! Excellent! Akkeshi Whisky. A one-of-a-kind Japanese whiskey. I was able to drink this hard-to-find whiskey in Sapporo. I was extremely satisfied! And the bill was a surprise! Bar Ryuton 17,100 yen. I feel like a king! That’s right! That’s right! Butterfly! That’s what travel is all about! There are so many different encounters! I found this on my way home! I went to a rice ball shop and had some rice balls. 4.1 I love rice balls! Kuniki Hokkaido Onikoroshi (500 yen) I’m pretty drunk, but I want to drink some sake. Pork Offal Miso Stew (560 yen) Oyako Ikura (450 yen) You can choose between salt or soy sauce for your rice !! Fatty Saba (380 yen) The crunchy texture of the salmon roe is amazing. Fatty Saba is served with soy sauce only on rice . The mackerel is also delicious ~ Ah, it was delicious! Nigiri Rice 1,890 yen I want to come here every day . I ate nigiri rice! I ate it! I’m going to sleep! The last day went by in a flash. I don’t like yogurt, but… it was absolutely delicious. Today’s TV Tower. Refreshing Sapporo City ! There was a crazy line… 10 groups… I really wanted to eat soup curry . It was a difficult choice to choose from, so I waited about 50 minutes! SOUP CURRY TREASURE 4.4 Strawberry Lassi (490 yen) Otaru Beer (660 yen) I couldn’t go to Otaru, so I got a little revenge . My throat was dry, so I drank the delicious sweet and sour lassi almost in one go! It was amazing! The rice was yellow. Sapporo Classic (660 yen) Of course, classic … Two people who are new to soup curry. Stewed Chicken Tomato & Cheese OP (1980 yen) Super hot and melty, with three kinds of cheese, fried vegetables, and plenty of volume. Mu-san can handle 5 spiciness, and Mu-ko can’t handle 3 spiciness. I don’t know if it’s the right thing to do, whether to add it on top or separately, but the chicken on the bone was tender. What is soup curry anyway?! Us !! ‼︎‼ ︎Yummy‼︎ The yellow rice is apparently turmeric, and the vegetables are alive! It’s so delicious, it was worth the wait! I’m glad we added cheese! The mellow broccoli is divine . You never know what’s coming, but the spiciness is softened by the lassi . The Japanese-style broth and spice mix doubles with a rich , deliciously sour aftertaste . The classic flavor is soothing, it’s bone-melting! The rice is a little on the firm side , but it pairs perfectly with the curry. I asked for a refill. The classic rice is 150g, which is normal, but it’s seriously filling. It’s amazing, no exaggeration! It was so delicious! This is it! I’ll eat this soup curry again when I come to Hokkaido. SOUP CURRY TREASURE 6,180 yen. It looked like it would be easy, but I was stuffed! The sky is blue now, but the town that never sleeps, “Susukino.” I have some regrets, but I headed to the airport. By chance, I got to see the “Hokuto” train that connects to Hakodate. Our ride was here. Ace Combat F also passed by, but I couldn’t take a picture in a flash. Hokkaido Tokachi Yotsuba soft serve ice cream. The gentle, mellow taste of the milk. The shiratama rice balls were also good, huh ? Just when I thought he hadn’t come back from the bathroom… he suddenly sat down and ordered a beer. Mu-o Classic Draft (580 yen) A light snack until the flight.
