Wagyu Tongue Plate 🥩 Kitan Minamisemba Osaka
Wagyu tongue prepared two ways at Kitan Minamisemba in Osaka.
This was part of our visit to the first restaurant from the Kitan Group.
The plate included thinly sliced tongue alongside bite sized portions of tongue root. Each section of the tongue carries different texture, with the root being the most tender and usually cut thicker.
Special thanks to Sakemoto-san for the thoughtful hospitality and to Kaisei for the beautifully prepared cuts and warm hosting.
