To the nice people eating at the restaurant from Mie-ken: We were in your prefecture this March for 4 nights and we loved it there. First, 2 nights in Toba in a ryokan right on the sea (which is especially amazing for me, a my country is landlocked) where we had amazing seafood. We also visited Ise Jingu and that was a very powerful experience. After that, we spent 2 nights in Iga-Ueno. What a wonderful city ! We enjoyed our 2 nights there a lot, especially the tour of the Ninja house where we saw so many cool tricks.
