目の前で揚げられる天ぷらは、
驚くほど軽い衣に、素材の旨みがじゅわっと広がる。
長年通う常連が多いのも納得の、
どこか懐かしくて落ち着く味。
積み重ねてきた歴史、
変わらない手仕事、
そして店主夫婦の温かい人柄。
