京都御所・堺町御門前。

京都に住みながら、初めて見る葵祭の行列は、
想像以上に静かで、ゆっくりと進んでいきました。

新緑に包まれた京都御所に現れる、平安時代の装束と行列。
特別な一日でした。

In front of Sakaimachi Gate at the Kyoto Imperial Palace.

Although I live in Kyoto, this was my first time seeing the Aoi Matsuri procession.
It was much quieter and slower than I had imagined.

Surrounded by fresh greenery, the Kyoto Imperial Palace became the stage for a beautiful procession in Heian-era costumes.
It was a very special day.

京都御所・堺町御门前。

虽然住在京都，但这是我第一次看到葵祭的巡行。
比想象中更加安静，也更加缓慢地前进着。

在新绿环绕的京都御所中，身着平安时代服饰的队伍缓缓出现。
这是特别的一天。
