【長野・松本】美しい新緑の上高地｜ニリンソウ咲く徳沢へ / Kamikochi Spring Hike | Fresh Green Forests & Spring Flowers / Japan
2026年5月19日、新緑が美しい上高地を散策してきました。
朝5時10分、大正池をスタート。
静かな早朝の上高地を歩きながら、河童橋、明神橋を経由し、徳沢までゆっくり散策しました。
みずみずしい新緑、雪解け水で青く澄んだ梓川、残雪を抱く穂高連峰。
徳沢では、可憐なニリンソウのお花畑が広がり、まるで春の楽園のような景色でした。
梓川のせせらぎ、小鳥のさえずり、そして出会ったニホンザルたち。
上高地の自然に癒された一日を、ぜひ最後までお楽しみください。

On May 19, 2026, I enjoyed a peaceful spring hike in Kamikochi, Japan.
Starting from Taisho Pond at 5:10 AM, I walked through the quiet morning scenery of Kamikochi, passing Kappa Bridge and Myojin Bridge before reaching Tokusawa.
The fresh green forests, crystal-clear Azusa River filled with snowmelt water, and the snow-covered Hotaka Mountains created breathtaking scenery.
At Tokusawa, beautiful fields of blooming Nirinsou flowers covered the forest floor like a spring paradise.
The sound of the river, birds singing, and encounters with Japanese monkeys made this walk deeply relaxing and unforgettable.

Taisho Pond → Kappa Bridge →(right bank) → Myojin Bridge → Tokusawa →(left bank) →Kappa Bridge

上高地は人気の景勝地のため、シーズン中は大変混雑します。
混雑を避けて静かな景色を楽しみたい場合は、釜トンネルが開く朝5時頃に合わせて入山できる、早朝のバスやタクシーを利用するのがおすすめです。
また、上高地内に宿泊して、早朝や夕方の静かな時間を楽しむのもおすすめです。
Kamikochi is a very popular scenic destination and can get quite crowded during the busy season.
If you would like to avoid the crowds and enjoy the peaceful scenery, it is recommended to take an early morning bus or taxi that allows you to enter around 5:00 a.m., when Kama Tunnel opens.
Another good option is to stay in Kamikochi and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the early morning or evening.
