おもてなしの良かった点（番組内で紹介できなかった点です）
今回記念日で宿泊したが、メールで細かい打合せが出来て信頼できた。また到着時の部屋の温度設定の希望を聞かれたのは、初めての経験で細かい配慮に感動した。

We stayed for an anniversary this time, and it was reassuring to be able to have detailed discussions via email. Also, being asked about our preferred room temperature upon arrival was a first-time experience, and we were impressed by such careful attention.
