    I tried chive-loaded abura soba and shoyu ramen near Akihabara Station 🍜

    They have three different chive ramen options: abura soba (brothless ramen) served either hot or cold, plus a soy sauce–based ramen. They pile on a huge amount of chives, then finish it with an egg yolk and sizzling hot oil poured over the top. Surprisingly, it wasn’t greasy at all — packed with umami, and the fresh chive flavor made it even better.
