丸の内で進む「（仮称）東京海上ビルディング計画」の建て替え工事の様子をお届けします。（2026年7月23日撮影）

現在の東京海上ビルディング本館・新館を一体で建て替える大規模プロジェクト。新ビルは地上20階・高さ約110mの木造ハイブリッド構造の超高層オフィスビルになる予定です。設計は世界的な建築家レンゾ・ピアノ氏が主宰する「Renzo Piano Building Workshop（RPBW）」と三菱地所設計が手がけています。

今回は暑さ対策のため夕暮れ時に撮影しました。和田倉公園付近や行幸通りなど様々な角度から、4階付近まで組み上がってきた最新の施工状況を記録しています。

変わりゆく丸の内の景色や、新しいランドマークが完成していく過程を今後も定期的に追っていきます！
