A fireworks festival held in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture, where a gorgeous and spectacular fireworks display fills the night sky over the Watarase River. From the opening, they launch one of the largest 3-shaku balls in the Kanto region, along with 10 shaku balls, 100 five-inch shells in rapid succession, and super-wide star mines that make the most of the venue’s features. And the grand finale? Another 3-shaku ball.
