第40回大山登山マラソンに参加。
神奈川県にある大山は山岳信仰の山。古くは修験の山とされている。
そこを駆けあがる登山マラソン。まさに現代の修験道。
キツくも楽しめる大会だった。
伝統もあり沿道の応援も嬉しかった。

Participated in the 40th Mt. Oyama Mountain Marathon.
Mt.Oyama , located in Kanagawa , is a mountain in ancient times.
It was considered a mountain asceticism.
It was truly a modern Shugen (mountain asceticism) on this marathon.
It was a tough but enjoyable race, and I was happy to see the support along the way.
