    シカゴピザやボルケーノパスタが人気で、お肉とチーズを使った料理を楽しめるお店です。

    今回ご紹介するのは「一枚麺のサーロイン肉ボナーラ」。
    50cmの一枚麺に、濃厚なカルボナーラソース、卵黄、たっぷりのチーズを合わせた一皿です。

    卵黄の下には一枚麺が折りたたまれており、トングで持ち上げたときに長く伸びる見た目も印象的。
    お皿のフチにはローストされた柔らかな牛サーロインが敷き詰められ、もちもちの麺と一緒に味わえます。

    麺はハサミで切り分けながら食べるスタイルで、ボリュームもしっかり。

      We visited Meat & Cheese Forne in Nakameguro, Tokyo.
      It is a restaurant where Chicago pizza and volcano pasta are popular, and you can enjoy dishes made with meat and cheese.

      This time, we are introducing “Ichimai-men no sirloin niku bonara.”
      It is a dish that combines 50 cm single-sheet pasta with rich carbonara sauce, egg yolk, and plenty of cheese.

      The single-sheet pasta is folded under the egg yolk, and the way it stretches long when lifted with tongs is also impressive.
      Roasted tender beef sirloin is spread around the edge of the plate, and you can enjoy it together with the chewy pasta.

      The pasta is cut with scissors as you eat, and the portion is generous.
