🇯🇵Tried Gyukatsu Motomura, one of the most popular gyukatsu spots in Tokyo.
The gyukatsu comes lightly breaded and rare on the inside, and you grill it yourself on a hot stone depending on how cooked you want it. The wagyu was super tender, and honestly, it was so good even with just a little salt and wasabi.
The set also came with mentaiko, wasabi, pickled vegetables, and a few sides that went really well with the beef. You can refill the rice once too, which was a nice bonus.

The Japanese r the only people who can not season their meat and that ish come out delicious AF
