    Camping by a Lake in My Tiny Truck House | Finding Toki on Sado Island

    A quiet camping journey by a lake on Sado Island, Japan, in my self-built tiny truck house.

    After days of rain and strong winds, I spent the night by a calm lakeside, enjoyed local food, and was lucky enough to see a toki in the rice fields of Sado.

    Enjoy the final part of this island journey.

      動物図鑑みたいなものでしか見たことがらない、トキ。
      羽を広げて飛ぶ時に、見える羽根の模様。

      Спасибо за видео. Я очень долго ждала. Эти птицы жили еще и в Египте. Я нарисовала их на стенах моей квартиры. Она в Египетском стиле.

      It was smart to be cautious with the high winds. Many people would have stayed and put themselves and their equipment in danger. Great video!!

      鴇(朱鷺)の実物は実際に見た事が無いんよなぁ…(図鑑とかでならあるんだが)

      Hi Shido….It is really so nice to see you and your lovely trips again. I was very happy to be able to try Niigata rice and since after watching you enjoying the dried persimmons, I think I must try to get some, if I can. For your viewers who want to try the delicious rice, you can try to buy it from Don Don Donki, where I bought mine. It is a very big Japanese supermarket. I will also try to see whether they carry stock for the dried persimmons…yummy.
      The seaside with the wind and rain look quite unsafe and so glad you found a calm and serene lake. I do really look forward to all your trips and await the coming videos. Do take care in all you do. The Toki birds are beautiful and so is your drawing! 😀😀

      しどらぼさんお久しぶりです🤗
      昨年の佐渡に渡っての車中泊の旅で冒頭の嵐のような激しい強風の場所から避難して穏やかな薄雲りの湖畔のキャンプ地で🙋
      日本古来のトキは絶滅🦤してしまいましたがでも繁殖に成功したトキが増えているのはありがたいですねぇ〜🙏😄
