    The Kanto region experienced heavy torrential rain from early morning due to Typhoon Jangmi. Chiyoda City in central Tokyo saw 173.5mm of rain, while Setagaya City reached 136mm, both marking the highest 12-hour rainfall figures for June in history.

      The master Ninja master ventures out on a typhoon heavy rain walk with a strong wind that in some cases can be a storm blow which can be dangerous. You can both admire his courage and his way of taking on such a dangerous mission but that's why he calls Ninja master who lives on the edge of danger.       Now back from Japan. We have had luck when we stayed in Kyoto that the taifun went by us at the coast and not too close, and only had one rainy day. We had free sight onto Mt. Fuji too last week! Thanks for another walk, feels even better watching when i've been there myself 🙂

      Wow, what time of the day is this and is this a weekday or weekend? The streets are incredibly empty and quiet, so not sure if this is because of the typhoon when everyone just stays in for safety reasons or people still have to go to work. I can imagine myself staying cozy inside.

      But no worries. I'm relaxing with an iced caramel macchiato coffee and a bowl of cherry almond pipe tobacco in my Dr Grabow pipe. Life is good.
